10 Evil And Good Spirits.

It had been days since the duel with Chumley against the obelisks, all the Duel Academy students had gone home for the winter break. Except for Jaden, Kyle, Syrus, Chumley and Professor Banner.
Chumley and Banner were in the kitchen making marshmallows on the grill, Jaden was dueling Syrus, while Kyle was opening booster packs.
"I summon the *Elemental Hero Clayman* in defence mode." As Jaden continued his duel, a boy was running towards the Slifer dormitory. "Help!" he cried in a weak voice. In the end he fell against a window and broke it. The noise attracted the attention of all who went to see what happened. They found an exhausted but still conscious Obelisk blue on the ground.
"What happened? Did you see a ghost by any chance?" Jaden asked the unknown boy.
"Yes. Indeed it is, It was Jinzo, the Duel Monsters card." The mystery boy tried to explain.
"Yeah he might be in a delusion, Maybe it's time to call the nurse on duty." Jaden said skeptical of this story.
"Maybe, it's the case." Kyle agreed.
At that point Banner approached them. "But I know you. Your name is Torrey. If I remember correctly, you were attending one of my classes." Banner replied, seeming to know the boy.
"Yes, and so! Professor Banner, all your theories were true. That Duel Spirits exist." Torrey said.
"Better do two school therapists." Jaden said.
"Spirits?'' Kyle got interested and listen carefully.
"Now calm down, tell me everything." Banner said trying to calm down Torrey.
At that point Torrey began to tell what had happened. Torrey had told some of his friends from Banner class and about the fact that under certain conditions can summon Duel spirits. He and two of his friends tried to summon Jinzo spirit even if it was something forbidden in the academy, at first their attempts failed as nothing happened. Until their last attempt where they managed to summon Jinzo who asked him to give him three and he will manifest.
"We thought he meant the cards, but we were wrong." Torrey said.
"Oh, no. cards aren't enough to appease Jinzo hunger." Banner clarified.
"But then what did that three refer to?" Syrus asked confused.
"He meant us." Torrey replied.
" To you. "
"Yes, and we agreed on that too."
"Where are your friends?" Syrus asked.
"He took them, one by one. And now I'm sure I'm next." Torrey replied filled with fear.
"It's not like they came back to home for the holidays." Jaden said.
" That's what I thought. But I called their families and they said they didn't come back. I also tried to leave the island but ... " .
Flashback
Torrey ran to catch the ferry off the island. When he arrived he saw a man covered in an overcoat on the deck of the ship.
"Going somewhere." He said uncovering his face showing that it was Jinzo.
At that point Torrey ran away.
"Run but you can't hide." Jinzo said.
Flashback End
"There is no escape." said Torrey trembling.
"Well, we seem to be safe here." Jaden thought.
After a few seconds the lights in the dormitory all went out.
"What happened?" Asked Syrus fearfully.
"A fuse must have blown." Banner speculated.
"It may have been thunder." Chumley added.
"Or maybe it was me." A voice said out of nowhere. In front of the group appeared Jinzo who had taken Torrey.
"Let him go Jinzo." Jaden ordered.
"We have a deal." Jinzo replied before running away.
"Not if I can stop you." Jaden replied before giving chase followed by Kyle.
"Where are you going." Jaden keeps chasing him. "Spirit or not, I'm stop him." " If I can find him." Jaden said before stopping because he'd lost it.
"Where did he go?" Syrus asked.
"I don't know." Jaden replied.
"Don't tell me I ran that way for nothing." Chumley said wearily.
Kyle still confused by the situation, trying to figure out where Jinzo had run to since his memories was not the best in this moment, he couldn´t remember clearly where Jizno was in the story. Until than...
"(Hey, can you hear me?)" Said a voice that seemed to be addressing Kyle. He didn't understand where that voice was coming from, he started looking around to see who owned that voice but found nothing. "(That spirit went that way!)" The voice told him, seeming to show him the way Jinzo had escaped.
"I think it went in this direction." Kyle said confusing the group by his statement.
At that point the Pharaoh seemed to be agitated about something.
"Pharaoh, what's wrong?" Banner asked the cat.
"I think he can sense it." Syrus thought.
"Well, only one way to find out." Jaden states before everyone starts running in the suggested direction.
Kyle still asked whose voice he had heard earlier, the direction he seemed to have suggested was the same as Pharaoh. He decided not to talk about it by following the group.
After running for a while in the woods they came to a place that looked like a small power station.
"What is this place?" Syrus asked.
"From the looks of it this must be the central power statio for the entire island, but I do not see Jinzo anywhere." Banner explained.
"Well, I see Torrey, are you safe pal." Jaden said as he tried to approach the passed out boy.
A rush of electricity seemed to manifest in front of Jaden and Kyle who covered his eyes to not be blinded. In front of them Jinzo manifested in the form of a spirit.
"None of you are safe." Said Jinzo as he threatens them.
"What's going on Professor Banner? How is Jinzo appearing like that?" Syrus asked shocked and confused at the same time by the situation.
"It is the electricity. He is using the curent to power himself up. He is a clever one." Banner explained.
"Let Torrey go, Jinzo! If you need a third sacrifice so bad holden then just take me instead! You hear me Jinzo, take me!" Jaden shouted at Jinzo spirit.
"You radiate more vitality than this human. Your offer suits me however, i sense someone else with more energy then you! i duel Him!." Jinzo replied.
Jinze was pointing at Kyle and Kyle was walking forward,
"Fine, but on one condition, that you and I duel. If you win, you take my life energy, but if I win, you give back everyone you took!" Kyle said defiantly.
" A duel, very well, i should be sustained by this electrical limbo there long for a match. First I'll beat you than consme you! " Jinzo said as he absorbed the electricity.
''No Kyle, i challenged him, let me duel him!'' said Jaden worried.
''Jaden, he is after me, if we can free them this way then i have to, or are you doubting my skill as a duelist?'' said Kyle with a knowing smile.
Jaden got a bit startled by the question and just smiled, ''Heh im not worried, you go and get him!''
''Then we have a deal! Let the Duel Begin!''
DUEL!!!

Jinzo Turn.
"I go first. I draw!" Jinzo said as holographic versions of the cards in his hand materialized in front of him.
"I summon *Malice Doll of Demise* in attack position.''

''Then I activate the continuous spell *Ectoplasmer*. Once per turn during the end phase, the turn player Tributes 1 face-up monster and inflicts damage to the opponent equal to half the original attack points, his attack was 1600, so half of that is 800 point of damage, With this I also place 1 card facedown and end my turn. But first I activate the effect of *Ectoplasmer*!" A spirit came out of Jinzo monster, heading towards Kyle and hitting him.
''Ugh!?'' Kyle: [800- 4000 = 3200] Life Points (LP)
Everyone saw the pain Kyle felt as he was holding his stomach, ''KYLE!!!''
Kyle held his stomach, the pain felt real, so similar to the fight he was having against the spirit in well.
"Your idea of challenging me was great. Better to earn something slowly than all at once." Jinzo said while laughing in a sinister tone.
Kyle looked confused by his statement.
"Kyle, your legs are disappearing!" Syrus said, pointing at his friend, while everyone could see he was telling the truth. Jaden legs had become transparent.
"But what's going on?" Jaden asked worried about Kyle´s condition.
"I'm just doing as you said at the beginning. Every time you lose life, you also lose your life energy which I take. " Jinzo replied.
"If he continues at this rate, Kyle will disappear altogether." Jaden said as he clenched his fists in concern for his friend, regretting that Kyle took his place.
Kyle´s Turn.
''My move then, i draw! i activate my magic card, *Monster Reborn* this allows me to revive a monster from either of our graveyard, you just send your *Malice Doll of Demise* to your graveyard thanks to your magic card so now he is on my side of the field.''
''Very impressive, that means that Kyle stops *Malice Doll of Demise* special ability to resurrect himself to Jinzo side of the field.'' said Banner
''How so Proffesor Banner?'' Said Syrus.
''You see Syrus, when *Malice Doll of Demise* is sent to the graveyard through a Continuous spell card, he will be resurrected back to the field when it is Jinzo´s turn, But Kyle stopped it by summoning on his side of the field but..''
''But what Proffesor Banner?'' asked Chumley.
''Unless Kyle summons another monster or get rid of *Malice Doll of Demise* the *Ectoplasmer* will still happen and since *Malice Doll of Demise* is Jinzo´s Monster, it will revive to his side of the field.''
''It´s cool guys, i think Kyle have a plan.'' said Jaden.
As he said that, Kyle was smiling, his eyes slowly turned red, ''(This sensation again? what is this?)''
''I now activate my field magic card, *Zombie World*, this field spell turns every monster on the field and in our graveyard into Zombie type monsters!''
The entire field turned into a darkwaste land with alot of skulls on the floor and rotten tree´s everywhere.
''J-Jaden, What is happening!?'' Said Syrus with a scared face.
Jaden got suprised on what´s happening, but what more suprising was Kyle Eyes turning glowing red, ''I don´t know Syrus.''
''I tribute your *Malice Doll of Demise* who is now a Zombie to the graveyard to summon my *Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon* In attack mode!''
As *Malice Doll of Demise* was dragged to the graveyard by rotten hands, and from the same hole came a huge dragon, roaring at Jinzo with it´s one Red glowing eye.

''The *Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon*!? interesting, so they choose you! Hahaha, i can´t wait to take your soul for my own!''
Jaden and the gang was shocked, they never say Kyle summon this monster before, the pressure of this beast was no joke as Jaden´s *Winged-Kuriboh* appeared.
''Kuri Kurii!!!''
''*Winged-Kuriboh*? why are you appearing now?''
''*Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon* attack Jinzo life points directly!''
As *Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon* formed a red fireball from it´s mouth, Jinzo was prepared for it.
''Sorry to disappoint you but i have a facedown, *Negate Attack*, this card negate your attack and end your battlephase.''
''Very well, i place 2 card facedown and end my turn, But first I activate the effect of your *Ectoplasmer*!" A spirit came out of Kyle´s Red-Eyes monster, heading towards Jinzo and hitting him.
Jinzo [1200 - 4000 = 2800] Life Points (LP)

Kyle: [3200] Life Points (LP) [Hand: 3]
Jinzo turn.
"My draw. " Jinzo manifested another card. " And I could not have ask for a better one. With this card my resurrection is almost complete!"
"I have a hunch however before you get to use it i activate my facedown, *Call Of The Haunted* this allows me to ressurect one monster from my graveyard to my side of the field, come forth once again, *Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon*" Said Kyle.
Once again, from the floor, a hole open up and a huge dragon appeared.
"Hehehehehe... very clever, but first, lets get rid of your field spell, I activate my spell card, *Mystical Space Typhoon*, this card allows me to destroy on magic or trap card on the field and as much as i want to get rid of your dragon, the field is in the way, so i destroy *Zombie World*! then i activate my magic card, *Monster Reborn* just like you did to my monster, i will revive him But only to sacrifice him in order to summon MYSELF, Jinzo!!!''
The electricity around the power generators went out of control and concentrated in the air, where lightning was hurled onto the field: A few seconds later, at the spot where the lightning struck, Jinzo appeared laughing maniacally.

"Oh, come on. You can't summon yourself." Jaden shouted.
"But I just did it. however im not done, i send myself to the graveyard, to upgrade myself to summon *Jinzo-Lord* in attack mode!''

''Blimey, it´s stronger then Kyle´s monster now!'' said Chumley.
''This is not good!'' said Jaden.''
'Hehehe, i activate my special ability, i can destroy as many face-up trap cards on the field and you take 300 point of damage for each, since you *Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon* is connected with you trap card, so will your monster as well be sent to the graveyard, HAHAHA!!!''
*Jinzo-Lord* was abouit to strike however Kyle was still smiling with his glowing red eyes, I activate my facedown, *Mystic Wok*, this quick magic card allows me to tribute a monster on my side of the field and i gain life points equal to it´s attack points which is 2400.''
Kyle: [2400 + 3200 = 5600] Life Points (LP)
''Grr, you only delaying your doom, You still lose 300 life points!''
Kyle: [300 - 5600 = 5300] Life Points (LP)
''I will now attack, Take this!!!''
*Jinzo-Lord* made an electric current through his hand and made an electro ball and hit Kyle head on.
''Urgh!!!'' Kyle: [2600 - 5600 = 3000] Life Points (LP)
''Im not done, i end my turn which mean my *Ectoplasmer* activates, Once per turn during the end phase, the turn player Tributes 1 face-up monster and inflicts damage to the opponent equal to half the original attack points, his attack was 2600, so half of that is 1300 point of damage to you!!!''
*Jinzo-Lord* spirit shot at Kyle making him feel even more pain.
''ARGH!'' [1300 - 3000 = 1700] Life Points (LP)
Everyone was worried about Kyle, he lost so much life points and the pain they saw he got didn´t make it better.
Kyle Turn.
''Give up and give me your soul!''
Suddenly a pressure appear on Jinzo, The glow on Kyle eyes haven´t changed, in fact it got stronger.
''Heh, Well not gonna lie Jinzo but it´s time to end this, i draw! I activate my spell card, *Painful Choice*, this card allows me to select 5 card from my deck, you select one of them, the card you select will go to my hand while the rest goes to the graveyard, now take your pick!''
As Jinzo looked at the cards, he couldn´t stop laughing, ''This is what you have in mind, susch weak cards, very well, i let you have *Skull Servant* to your hand.''
As the rest was sent to the graveyard, Kyle smiled even more, ''Why thank you, however im not done, i activate my *One For One* magic card, by discarding 1 monster to my graveyard, i can special summon a Level 1 monster from my deck to the field, i Discard my *Skull Servant* to special summon my *King Of The Skull Servant* in attack mode!''

''Hmph, so what, you discard one weak to summon another, what´s the point?'' said Jinzo.
''The point is that my *King Of The Skull Servant* has a special ability, for every *Skull Servant* in the graveyard he gains 1000 attack points, and from what you saw from my spell card, what did i discard to the graveyard.'' said Kyle with a smug face.
Jinzo was shocked and then relised what is happening, the *Painful Choice magic card that Kyle used had 3 *Skull Servants and 2 *The Lady In Wight* which means it´s attack is....
''No, It cannot be!?''
''Oh but it can, with 5 *Skull Servant* monste rin my graveyard, my *King Of The Skull Servant* has 5000 attack power, more then enough to finish you!''
Jinzo paniked, ''Wait, i can be of use to you! i--''
Kyle looked at Jinzo with his glowing red eyes as he didn´t care what Jinzo said, ''*King Of The Skull Servant* attack him now and end this!''
The Giant skeleton took his giant hand and slammed it against Jinzo´s body, ending this duel.
"I won't accept losing, I'm so close to my goal, NOOOO!!!" Jinzo [0] Life Points (LP)
When Jinzo life points dropped to zero, Torrey body was surrounded by a great light.
"Oh, my goodness." Banner gasped.
When the light had gone, it was day and they were all passed out on the ground. Jaden was the first to wake up.
" You okay?" Syrus asked.
"What happened? Did I miss breakfast?" Was the first thing Chumley said.
"Hey, look over there!" Kyle said as soon as he woke up, pointing to Torrey and two other unconscious Obelisk blue.
" All back, safe and sound." Banner said, reassured for the three students.
"Think they know what happened?" Syrus asked.
"It's probably best if they forget, but i sure won't.'' said Jaden.
"You know what would be nice, some grilled marshmallows." Chumley replied
" Let's run." Syrus replied.
"Ah, no! I'm not running anymore!" Chumley said annoyed he still had to race.
While everyone laughed, Kyle was thoughtful about much of what had happened. "Something like that I can't forget." After today's experience with Jinzo, her mind returned to another thought. "And Whose Voice Was It That I Heard Before?" After a few seconds, he decided not to give it any more weight, returning with the group to the Slifer red dormitory.
Meanwhile
"What the hell were you thinking. Why you helped them?!" asked a harsh raged voice.
"They needed help finding that evil spirit, I just thought I'd help them." Another voice answered in a calmer tone.
"Just you, who say you think about the consequences of our actions, decide to help strangers. You're not the one who always reminds us not to interfere with it."
" I know I shouldn't interfere with these things, but that boy intrigues me, I would say a lot. "
"If you say so. So it's him."
"We're not sure yet, but that's why we have to keep an eye on it."
