As the Duel unfolded, I couldn't helpful but somewhat impressed by Hokuto's masterful use of Constellar Pleiades to bounce back Yuya's monsters. However, I was also disgusted by the fact Hokuto timed the activation of Pleiades's effect to occur in moments when Yuya's monsters aided him in crossing dangerous terrain, putting his life at risk. In the end, Yuya took an advantage of the fact that Xyz Monsters don't have Levels and used a combination of Stargazer Magician, Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon, Performapal Trampolynx, and Magical Star Illusion to win the first match for You Show. While Himika was busy scolding Hokuto for his loss, I joined the rest of You Show's students in congratulating Yuya for his victory.
Y/N: That was a good comeback victory, Yuya. I'm impressed you remember that Xyz Monsters don't have Levels and you used Stargazer Magician and Magic Star Illusion to win.
Yuya: Hehehe, thanks. I couldn't done it without your lesson about them today *Sheepishly as he rubbed his nose* So, who will go next?
Yuzu: *Determined* I'll go next! I'll make sure to win this one!
Yuya: Go for it, Yuzu! *Yuya encouraged her* I know you can do it!
Yuzu blushed a bit from Yuya encouragement. I saw this and decided to tease her a bit.
Y/N: *Chuckle* Someone is all fired up

After that, Me and everyone else cleared out of the Duel Field in order to allow the second duel to get underway. The one facing Yuzu was Masumi Kotsu, she was a skilled Fusion user, causing Sora to become unusually interested in this battle as a fellow Fusion user. Unfortunately for You Show, Yuzu was eventually overwhelmed by Masumi's Gem-Knight Fusion Monsters. Her defeat was sealed when she failed to get an Action Card that might have saved her due to getting tricked by its reflection in the crystal walls. I couldn't help but agree with Masumi when she pointed out that Yuzu's mind was truly clouded if she was fooled by a reflection.
Y/N: 'It may be hard for you now. But, this experience will help you improve as a Duelist'
Following her defeat, Yuya was the one who rushed to her side.
Yuya: Yuzu!
Yuya confronted her as Yuzu buried her head into his chest with tears in her eyes.
Masumi: *Smirk* My, you two are giving quite show
Yuzu immediately blushed in embarrassment as she pushed Yuya off her on the ground, making him groaned in painful.
Y/N: "And they said they just friends..."
Yuzu: Everyone, please forgive me. This is an important duel and... I... couldn't...
Yuzu trailed off as tears formed in her eyes.
Y/N: It's okay, Yuzu. Defeat is nothing to be ashamed off. But, you can still learn from defeat and sometimes, that can be more valuable than a victory
Yuya: He's right. We just need to win in the next Duel.
Yaiba: Just win in the next Duel? *Offended slightly* You make it sound so easy. So, which one of you will be my opponent?"
Gongenzaka: Alright, since it's come to this, it's up to you now, Sora! We're all counting on you to win this for You Show!
Sora: Eh, I think I'll pass
Sora stated with a disinterested expression.
Sora: I hate such stifling things. Why don't you instead, Gon-chan?
Y/N: *Sigh* Really Sora...?

Gongenzaka: Yosh, since you have placed your trust on me, I won't let you down! I, the man, Gongenzaka, will use the Gongenzaka Dojo's prided Steadfast Dueling to bring the victory to You Show Duel School!
After that, Gongenzaka and Yaiba headed for the duel field and began their duel shortly afterwards, Despite Yaiba swarming the field with his X-Saber Synchro Monsters and Gongenzaka refusing to chase for Action Cards, he managed to hold on though his Deck was only composed of Monster cards. In the end, a climatic showdown with several twists and turns, the duel ended in a draw thanks to Gongenzaka's Superheavy Samurai Soul Big Bang's effect.
Gongenzaka: I'm sorry everyone... my steadfast dueling isn't enough to protect You Show
Y/N: You did more than enough. Good job Gongenzaka
Yuya: *Smiled* Yeah. At least it ended a draw
Shuzo: Chairwoman Akaba, you said you would take this Duel School if you won the contest. But... the result was a draw. I would like you to take leave now, please

Reiji claimed with a neutral expression on his face as he faced Yuya.
Yuya silently turned to see Reiji, feeling the high tension between himself and his new opponent. But-

I delcared as everyone looked at him in surprise. Reiji turned to see I was glaring at him slightly, my glare looking like was determined to do something bold, but calm and courageous.
Yuya: *Surprised* Y/N...

I demanded with a serious expression on my face as I pointed at Reiji directly, which makes everyone except Himika was shocked. On the other hand, Reiji smirked in amusement as he faced his opponent for the tiebreaker.
Reiji: Very well, then. 'I wanted to Duel him anyway, and this might be a good chance to see if he's an ally or the enemy.' But first, can you give me your name?
I was confuse for a bit, but I gave my name to Reiji.
Y/N: 'He must've not want to be seem suspicious, and knowing he been keeping an eye on me.' Y/N. Y/N Truesdale. So, you must be Reiji Akaba
Reiji: Precisely *He fixed his glasses* If you win, the matter of Sawatari will be cleared entirely and we'll giving you the fundings for You Show Duel School.
When the President of Leo Corporation said about the fundings, Y/N felt really impressed as well as the rest of You Show.
Reiji: However, if I win, You Show Duel School alongside Pendulum Summon will become a part of LDS. Is that okay with you, Y/N Truesdale

Shuzo yelled as he was in the control room. In the Duel Field, Y/N and Reiji stood their field respectively as they stared at each other with fire burning in each of their eyes.
Shuzo: Which Action Field would you like to use?
Shuzo asked from a control room.
Y/N: No preference
Reiji: Likewise
Shuzo: Okay then. Action Field on! Domino City!
Shuzo pressed the button as the field changed to some city with many large tower on it with some colored transparent platforms in the air.
Y/N: *Surprised* 'Domino City?'
Yuya began the Action Duel chant.
Yuya: Duelists locked in battle!
Yuzu: Kicking the earth and dancing in the air alongside their monsters!
Gongenzaka: They strom through this field!
Sora: Behold! This is the newest and greatest evolution of Dueling!
The three youngest students then shouted in unison.
The Kids: Action...
Both Me and Reiji activated our Duel Disks and we drew five cards from our Decks as we shouted.

As the Action Duel has just begun as the Action Cards were scattering around the field.
Y/N: 4000 LP

Y/N: Challenger goes first, if you wish to do so
The President of LDS blinked in confusion.
Reiji: Might I ask you why you give the opportunity?
Y/N: I want to see the power of your Deck. That's all

Everyone from You Show was confused and shocked on Reiji move.
Yuya: What did he say...?

Sora answer made the three youngest students looked at him.

Yuya shook his head, signalling that he didn't know what it meant, as Sora on the hand was looked in surprise. He frowned before he muttered under his breath.
Sora: "Something's completely different..."
It caught the attention of the three kids.

Sora: *Disbelief* Could it be the real thing...? But...?
Sora was completely focused on the President of LDS.
Shuzo scanned the report on Reiji with his Duel Disk, only to find nothing as he frowned.
Shuzo: *Worries* There are no records of Reiji Akaba using Fusion Summon in his previous matches. Considering that he showed such overwhelming strength without using them and if that's means he's become even stronger... Can you win, Y/N?
Reiji: I'll set two cards and end my turn
Yuya: His hand is at zero now
Yuzu: And on the next turn, he will take 3000 points of damage...
Y/N looked at Reiji's two facedown cards.
Y/N: 'If I remember, those two facedowns are definitely cards that are able to destroy or negate the effects of the three Continuous Spell cards so he won't be inflicted 3000 points of damage.' *Glanced at Reiji*
Reiji adjusted his glasses as he stared at Y/N with a hand on his face. Those eyes were like staring at his mind and soul. At seeing this, The three kids frowned and annoyed by this behavior.
Ayu: *Annoyed* What's with his attitude!? He'so full of himself!
Futhosi: *Annoyed* He's just a substitute for their fourth player, yet does he think this will be a walkover?!
Sora: Walkover? Well that could happen... *The three kids look at him* If he chose to take 3000 points of damage... it might be he's underestimating Y/N?
At hearing this, Yuzu and Gongenzaka stared at the President of LDS as they believed Sora's words to be true.
Yuzu: *Shocked* That's...!
Gongenzaka: *Angered* Unforgivable! A sportsman... a duelist who underestimated his opponent... is someone I wouldn't touch with a six-foot pole!
Meanwhile, the three kids began to cheering for Y/N, along with Yuya.
Tatsuya: Beat that guy a pulp, Y/N-oniichan!
Ayu: Yeah! Kick his butt!
Futhosi: Knock him down until I'm feeling the shivers!
Yuya: You must trust in your cards and win this Duel! Show that guy on a what true Dueling is, Y/N! You can't lose no matter what!
Y/N glanced at Yuya, Yuzu, and the rest of You Show with a smile smile, before he faced Reiji with his serious expression on his face.

Y/N: I draw. I activate the Spell Card, Card Destruction! Both of us discard as many cards as possible from our hands, then each of us draws the same amount of cards we discarded. Since you have no cards in your hand, you can't discard from or draw cards to your hand.
Y/N draws five new cards from his Deck.
Y/N: I summon Cyberdark Horn from my hand
Cyberdark Horn: Dark: Lvl 4: Machine- 800 Atk / 800 Def
Yuya: *Surprised* Cyberdark...? 'Is that what he meant by he don't just use Cyber Dragons?'
Yuzu: *Confused* I never heard of them. Is it some sort of Archetype?
Gongenzaka: It seem so

Cyberdark Claw appears underneath Cyberdark Horn. Then, it attached itself to Cyberdark Claw with wires.

Y/N use his Cyberdark Horn to get up a platform and grabbed an Action Card.
Y/N: Action Spell, High Dive! Cyberdark Horn gains 1000 Atk points until the end of this turn

Cyberdark Horn changes up an attack from it's horns and shoot it towards D/D/D Flame King Genghis.
Y/N: During the damage step, Cyberdark Claw effect activates! If a monster equipped with Cyberdark Claw battles. I can send 1 send monster from my Extra Deck to the Graveyard. I send Cyber Twin Dragon from the Extra Deck to the Graveyard!
At the midst of the attack, Reiji had his monster threw him up in the air as he jumped on the asteroids to find an Action Card. He quickly grabbed one. He ran to another platform, before activating his last Trap Card with a smirk.

At the sudden decrease of Atk points, Y/N noticed this and frowned.
Y/N: 'So he grabbed an Action Card and activated one of his facedowns.'
The attack contacted, creating a small explosion between Cyberdark Horn and D/D/D Flame King Genghis. The You Show Students cheered, while the LDS Trio looked shocked. But Himika expression didn't changed.
The Kids: He did it!
Yuya: He did it! That guy's monster is destroyed!
Yuzu: With this, our You Show Duel School is safe
Himika: Oh, is that so?
Himika interrupted with a smirk on her face, stopping the cheers from the You Show students. Everyone turned back to see the smoke clearing... with D/D/D Flame King Genghis still on the field.
Yuzu: *Gasped* W-What!?
The gasped as the smiles turned into gasps and frowns.
Futhosi:Wh-What's going on!?
Tatsuya: No way...
Yuya: How did-
Yuya began as he was interrupted by Reiji.
Reiji: I activates an Action Card myself... Action Spell, Evasion.
Y/N glanced at his four cards, forming a serious expression on his face.
Y/N: 'Reiji Akaba must have a strategy to defeat me and I need to keep my guard up.' I'll place two cards facedown and end my turn. At this moment, Cyberdark Horn Atk returns to normal.
Cyberdark Horn- 3400 Atk > 2400 Atk
Shuzo: *Frowns* Hmm... They look pretty much even so far...
Yuya: Wrong... Because of the four Dark Contracts that he activated, he'll end up taking 4000 points of damage at his next turn!
Ayu: Then... Does that mean Y/N-oniichan won?
Ayu questioned with a smile on her face.
Futhosi: *Smiled* That was really fast!
Tatsuya: That guy made a mistake with his strategy!

Sora wondered, catching everyone's attention.
Sora: That guy isn't the type of Duelist to make such a simple mistake. One of that guy's set cards would prevent him from taking any damage. He would take from the three cards that he had activated to Fusion Summon his Fusion Monster. But, since he used that Trap to cause more damage... then his other set card must be the card to negate all the damage. Plus... just before Cyberdark Horn attacked, Genghis's Atk suddenly returned to 2000
Y/N glanced at Sora, knowing how his words are true. He stared back at the President of LDS, only to see him chuckled slightly, much to him blinked in confusion.
Y/N: *Frowns* Why did you suddenly chuckled?
Reiji: Pardon me, I was simply remembering your words of "challanger goes first" from the start of the match.
Reiji explained as he adjusted his glasses, causing Y/N to frown.
Y/N: What does that mean with you?
Reiji: What I am saying, is that such politeness is useless on the type of battle
Y/N was confused for a moment, but he then realized what Reiji words meant and chuckle a bit.
Y/N: You thought I was being polite? Then you sadly mistaken, you see it's a part of my strategy and there's always an advantage on going second. At the start of the turn, your four Dark Contract cards should've given you 4000 points of damage, but... I'm sure those cards are now trivial to you, am I correct?
Reiji: Precisely... Dark Contracts are such measly things...
Reiji agreed as the four Dark Contract cards suddenly destroyed, surprising everyone except Y/N who narrowed his eyes.
Reiji: The Contracts were nullified. I had already activated the Trap Card, Contract Laundering. Contract Laundering is activated by negating the effects of all "Dark Contract" cards and destroys them during the End Phase.
Sora: Now, I get it! With that, Dark Contract with the Witch was negated and Genghis's ATK returned to 2000!
Gongenzaka: *Disbelief* Then, that means he negated all 4000 points of damage...
Reiji: And now, I can draw cards equal to the amount of "Dark Contract" cards destroyed by this effect!
Y/N: I'm impressed, Reiji Akaba
