Chapter 3 :Mister who?

The long ride was filled of silence, I decided to speak up to break the silence between us "Mister, thank you for letting me have a ride with you to go in Moniyan Empire." and he just nod as a reply. Another silence again this man quiet full of mystery I decided not to speak up again but "So tell me young lady what is your name? Where village are you from? And why do you need to see Mister Roger?." he asked, now he was full of questions. "I am Ruby from the Village of Black Forest, I need to see Mr. Roger that is what the note said to me from my parents because.." I pause for a moment I need to hold up my tears not to fall down "because?" he asked curiously "B-because the Wolf King attacked my village and only I was the survivor." my tears fall down and his eyes widen after what he heard from me.

"I'm sorry for you that." he looked at the window, "I-it's ok Mister." I just wiped my tears and smiled. Finally, we are now arrived at the Moniyan Empire the people are busy and the empire are full of good places to spot on and buildings. "Wow so this is the Moniyan." I amazed what I see "Is this your first time to go here?" and I just nod as a reply. "Mister, you can stop here now. So I can start to find Mister Roger where he is." I said " I will take you him there." he replied, I was shocked to his response. We stop at the Big house and the door of carriage open " Welcome back Lord Roger." the old man said he is wearing a black suit. I was surprised he was the person I wanted to find. The mysterious man the whole time was Mister Roger, I was surprised "Come with me young lady." as he go out to the carriage and I just followed him inside of the house.

"Please come in to my office." he offered me to come in first. He cue me to sit and have some tea that one of his servant made "So tell me, how should I believed you?" he asked me directly. 'This man never trusted anyone huh' I said to myself "I have the key!" I showed my necklace to him. "I see, the note you said let me see." I handed him my note and he read it "You're the daughter of great huntsman and granddaughter of the great smith I know. Your note is from my old pal which is your father. We both are partners in crime, hunts a monster in the forest and until he met your mother. He started to have family but still we both hunts. One day, he told me that his wife was pregnant I can see his happy and he wanted me to be your guardian if somethings happen. I didn't take his words seriously but I just promise to be your guardian. The day you born were the day your parents were both died. I was on my way to pay visit but looks the Wolf king attacked your parents. The Wolf king was so strong to fight back either me can't win he scratched my chest with his claws and run away. I heared a baby's crying i went there. I fond your father and mother lying at ground, your father told me to take care of you and take the necklace of your mother with you until his last breath out. I don't know how to raise you so I leave you with to your grandparents which is your father's parents. That was my last visit to your village. " he said after told me his stories.

" Then why you never come and protect my village?" I asked him but he didn't respond my question." I want you to help me to kill the Wolf king, to get a revenge and justice to those people who he killed" I said with no fear, he stand up and pat my shoulder "Ruby, from now on I decided to help you stronger to fight back to Wolf King. I will be your guardian, I will adopt you as my daughter and I will enroll you to school trainings in the Moniyan." he said and he called one of his butlers "Lucas, I want you to file a paper that this young lady will be my daughter and I want you to prepare a party tonight and invite more people to come so I can introduce her as my daughter. Also, bring ruby to the maids so she can be prepared too" he look at me and smiled "yes, sir." as the butler goes out the room. I felt enjoyment in my heart that I will have another family where I can be.
