3. Hospital
"How are you?" Binar asked Belva while sitting beside her.
Belva smiled gently, and she said that her health had improved. Maybe in a day or two, I'll be able to go home. She heard that Binar looked happy and relieved.
"How? With your case, Ca?" Belva asked Bianca.
Bianca sat beside Belva so that Belva was halfway between Bianca and Binar. And tell Belva everything that happened last night.
Belva chuckled when she heard everything Bianca had said. However, she turned serious again and said that what Binar had done was not enough. Later, she would teach Doni a lesson when she was out of the hospital.
The three of them started to talk about small matters to big problems. While they were having fun, there was a commotion outside the room. So that makes Binar check the commotion.
"Please help my daughter, save her—I beg you!" screamed a mother asking for help from every visitor to the hospital.
Binar could not understand why this is a famous hospital could be an incident like this. She approached the mother and asked how she could help.
The mother said her daughter needed a blood transfusion immediately. However, the blood supply at the hospital is currently empty. The hospital is trying to find the blood type needed. And that takes time while the current victim needs a transfusion as soon as possible.
"What is your daughter's blood type, ma'am?" Binar asked softly to the mother, who was still crying.
"AB," replied the mother shortly.
Binar smiled and helped the mother get up from sitting on the floor. She said he would donate blood for her daughter because Binar's blood type is AB.
A nurse quickly approached Binar, and she invited Binar to follow her. Binar walked, entered a room, and did the blood transfusion.
Binar told the nurse to take as much blood as the mother's daughter needed. The nurse smiles and says Binar has a very kind heart.
After the blood transfusion, Binar returned to Belva's room. She saw that her two friends were worried because they had not seen her for a long time.
"Where have you been? I'm worried, you know! Your cell phone lives on the nightstand too!" Bianca grumbled.
Binar chuckled at Bianca's fussiness like Belva when upset or worried. She says what just happened.
Hearing that Bianca approached Binar, she carried him to sit on the sofa. It was clear up close to Binar's pale face.
A nurse entered Belva's room with a middle-aged mother who had made a fuss not so long ago.
"Thank you because you have helped my daughter. So that my daughter can be saved," said the mother with tears in her eyes and hugged her tightly.
Binar smiled. She said no need to be like this. Because she is willing to do everything, she also prayed for the mother's daughter to recover quickly and return home.
After saying that, the mother immediately said goodbye to see her daughter, who was still asleep due to the post-surgery. Binar nodded, then smiled at the mother about to leave the room with the nurse.
"Bi, how are you? Your face still looks pale. If you go home like this, it will make mother worried, right?" Bianca said in a worried tone.
"It's easy—I'll just add some lip tint, so it doesn't look pale!" replied Binar with a smile.
It didn't feel like it was already twilight. Binar had been sleeping. She woke up when Belva's mother arrived at the hospital, after which she said goodbye to going home with Bianca.
Bianca suggested that she take the car and drive her to her house. However, Binar did not want to because it could make the mother suspicious.
Binar says she'd better drive as far as Bianca's house. Hearing Binar's words, which can no longer contest, makes Bianca do what she wants.
During the trip, Binar fell asleep, and maybe she still felt weak from donating blood. The car stopped, and Bianca looked at Binar. She was worried about her best friend if she drove her car alone.
"Bi—are you okay? I'd better take you home, okay?" Bianca spoke softly, and there was worry in every word she said.
Binar woke up and smiled, and she said she had improved because she had slept during the trip. She opened the car door and walked to the next door to take the wheel from Bianca.
In Bianca's mind, she couldn't bear to see Binar like this. She wanted to walk her into the house. However, she knew Binar's stubborn nature that she couldn't change.
Binar started her car engine and started it slowly. Little by little began to increase the speed of the car. Her head felt heavy, and she tried to run the vehicle slowly.
Binar was shocked when she hit a car in front of her. A man got out of his car and saw the back of the damaged vehicle hit by Binar.
"I'm dead!" She muttered.
A man walked closer to Binar's car and knocked on the car window several times. Only then did she open her car door. The man tells her to get out of the vehicle.
"Are you drunk? A girl like you doesn't know the rules of getting drunk in the afternoon!" said the man in a tone that irritated Binar.
"Hey uncle—when you talk, think about it! Don't just talk!" Binar said in a curt tone.
The man said does she look like the uncle in his mind, Binar said that. Binar continued to grumble, and that made the man feel annoyed.
The man contacted someone. Binar thought to herself whether the uncles might have got the authorities. She starts to worry that if her father finds out, she will punish her. Maybe she will be sent to Korea to take care of the company after graduating college.
"What uncle usually just report right away!" said Binar while looking at the damage caused by her actions.
In her heart said, in the workshop. Is she a driver so he can't pay for the repair shop, or is he afraid of getting angry with his boss?
Binar looked the man up and down and backed up again. His clothes are neat, suit maybe he's just an ordinary employee in a company. His face looks very mature with his beard but still looks handsome.
The man was not happy with Binar's gaze. He turned his face away and was still talking to someone on his cell phone.
Binar, still worried but didn't want to show her weakness, faced an annoying man. After all, this was just an accident, and she could compensate for all the damage costs.
