Long ago, in the vast and cold darkness of the universe. Two gods were living their immortal life with nothingness. Upon decades of discussions, they both agreed to create something that would fill the universe with color. They created the galaxies and the stars to give light to the dark universe. They made it that each kind of heavenly body has its own unique beauty that will complete the universe. They finished their creation by making creatures that they can watch over, hoping that it would populate over their creations.

They made the curator, it is an immortal being, the one that records, the being who knows every story of each creation, the being who knows the past, the present and the future. They made the humans as the first mortal being, it has complete consciousness, intelligence as well as physical capabilities. Despite all of this, the gods weren't satisfied, so they tinkered around a being who's capable of harnessing the power of the elements including life, they are the witches. The gods already knew what would happen if they were to create this being but they still made it because they wanted entertainment.

A thousand years from the creation, the humankind dominated the world as its population rapidly grew throughout the years. Its rapid grew caused extinction of other creations mainly food sources such as animals and plant life. The humankind had disrupted the balance between all creatures which drove the witches to force restoration by reducing humankind's population. They allowed themselves to sacrifice humankind to the nature to restore its balance. The ritual would take place once every blood moon, they would call this the blood moon festival. Every Witch in any covenant has to offer one humankind to the nature to restore its balance. This continued for a hundred years but this made witches to explore more with human sacrifices. Instead of offering it to the nature, they would sacrifice human for their own good. They discovered that the human sacrifice is harness with a powerful magic they called the blood magic. Ever since they started their own ritual, the number of Withes who practice blood magic grew which alerted the main land of the witch empire.

The empire created an order to extinguish such immoral practice which lead to the crumble the empire into two forces, which would be the blood magic culture and the elemental culture. The blood magic culture wants all witches to learn blood magic to become more powerful than ever, they insisted that the gods have favor over them as they maintains the balance in all creations. The elemental culture rejects the idea of harnessing the magic of the human's blood instead of sacrificing it to the nature. Both cultures honed the abilities of their followers to prepare themselves with any attack from either force. The blood magic culture had some tricks within their sleeves, after learning that blood magic can help them create a creature that they can use as a weapon of destruction to humankind as well as the opposing culture. But the elemental culture also has plans on creating their own creature, serving a purpose of protecting them from the threats of the enemy.

Blood shed and terror covered the face of the planet, humankind was reduced to half, as most of them were either killed or turned into one of the creatures created by the witches. The war lasted for 100 years, bringing chaos to the humankind as well the reign of super natural beings. It came to a stop after the gods have intervened, every creature on the blood covered battle field was smitten by the gods. They had enough, they had enough listening to the cries of their creations as well as the blood shed that they created. The gods had contained the supernatural creatures in an island no human can enter. That island was the island of Samhain. The creatures are placed into different regions with the purpose of stopping the conflict. The gods had created a new creatures to guard the gates to a region in Samhain were the gods visit often. The gods had formed an Order named the Union of Covenants to keep the Witch Empire at peace and in every 200 years the witches will do the ritual to choose their new leader with the blessing of the gods. After dividing the regions by race, the gods punished the creatures who wrecked havoc and caused bloodshed. This led to a far less chaos than before except for the un ending war between other creatures which the gods tolerated.

Located in the mysterious oceans of the planet, the island of Samhain is the home of supernatural such as vampires, werewolf, witches, fairies and other creatures that have supernatural powers.

It is divided into five regions based on the creatures' race, which are the Xuluphian Empire, Kingdom of Mardis, Kingdom of Thilasa, Faerie's Forest and the Holy Isles.

The Xuluphian Empire is a region located east of the island of Samhian. Home to witches, it has a barrier that only witches can pass through. Lore says that other beings that attempts to pass through the barrier slowly turns into dust.

The Kingdom of Mardis, located north of the island established by King Mardis. It is the home of vampires and their dominions.

Kingdom of Thilasa is the den of Werewolves that led by Thilasa. Located south of the island.

The Faerie's Forest is an enchanted forest where faeries lives and survives. Located in the west of the main island. The enchanted forest is full of magic that is more abundant than off the witches' region and is also mysterious as creatures that are not faeries or blessed ones gets lost forever once they try to enter this forest.

And lastly the Holy Isles, there hasn't been that many creatures allowed to go enter the island other than the blessed ones. It is only accessible through the Faerie's Forest.

Lore says that the island, protected by a magical mist that only those allowed can enter and leave the place. It is the way of containment by the gods as they didn't want these filthy creatures to left cause havoc to the humans.

500 hundred years after the containment the creatures were able to find a way to bypass the gods' barrier. Will the history repeat itself?
