2 The Meetup

*The next Afternoon *

Leah was in her study room when she recieved a text from Megan

[Hey sweetie,

I'm feeling better now. I was thinking maybe you could join me at a Meetup today with some friends I made. it's at fooders restaurant not too far from your place. inform me if you can't make it.

She read the message and looked down at the load of work she had to do. she sighed and went to her room to get dressed. Even though she was busy, she still had to be there for her bestie.

*At Fooders*

"You're going to LOVE Leah, she's the best friend ever plus she's really nice " As she was talking,she noticed a red-haired young girl in a white off-shoulder top tucked into a short red high-waist skirt (breezy) and black heeled boots. It was Leah.

"Oh there she is. LEAH, OVER HERE"

Leah saw her and walked over to her before she got there she noticed that the two people Megan was talking to were both guys

'Oh crap' she said to herself

"Hey guys "she said with a wave and an awkward smile 'why'd they have to be boys. I wore a skirt for the first time since I was five years old just to impress her new friends but they're guys' she thought as she sat down beside Megan

"so Leah this is Max " she said pointing at a brown haired guy in glasses "Hey Max, nice to meet you I'm Leah " she said with a smile.

"Same thing. this is Tyrrell "next to Max was a blonde guy. He looked younger than Megan and Max but slightly older than Leah. He had a red streak on his hair and was with headphones plugged into his phone. He lifted an ear up when Max nudged him with his elbow. Tyrrell looked up to Leah and smiled "sup?".

'OMG. How is there a guy this cute😍😍😍😍😍'

Minus the thoughts that roamed her mind she still remained indifferent "I'm Leah. What exactly are you doing?"

"I'm playing a game. 'Lord's Quest ' It's not that bad"

"Oh you play it too?What level are you on?"

"The hundreth "

"WHAT!!!"she blurted

"What's wrong?"asked Tyrrell

"Nah it's nothing, I'm..I'm okay"

"So I asked you here so we could build a good relationship as friends "Megan started "We're here to get to know each other, eat and and stuff "

"And im guessing you wanna start?"added Leah

"Of course. Hi everyone I'm Megan Dong,I'm twenty-five and a college graduate working as a reporter. I've had a tough time but thanks to my best friend, Leah I'm fighting through it "

"Well I'm Max Long, I'm twenty-eight and also a graduate working as an investigator. I'm the first of my family and still single"

"I'm Leah Chang,I'm twenty and about to finish my education working as the CEO of Chang enterprises. I'm the third of my family and the last. I've got no love history"

Both Max and Tyrrell stared at her in awe then Tyrrell began to speak

"I'm Tyrrell Williams, I'm twenty -two and I'm also about to graduate. I'm the only hier of my family so I guess I'll soon a CEO too. I've been single since the day I was born and well I'm part American and part Chinese "

"Great!! this is a good start for all of us, now we'll exchange contacts and we'll eat" said Megan. Everything went smoothly and after the Meetup they went their separate ways. Leah got into her car and laid back in her chair and heaved a sigh. She was exhausted and still had a ton of work to accomplish at home, not to mention her annoying older sister. Speaking of her sister, she hadn't seen Chloe all day. Where could she be?

Leah took out her phone and tried calling Chloe but she didn't pick up. She began to worry, what if she did something stupid or maybe she even got into a huge mess with someone. Gosh...this was bad. she called her butler and asked him if he knew where her sister was.

"Young mistress, the police just called, they said your sister is under police custody "

"F*** that bitch!!!"
