47 Little Bo Gets Hit On

The sun was high in the sky as Lin Xiaoxiao had just finished her scene for the day. She did not have any other scenes to film today so, with the big event that was happening tonight no matter how much she wanted to postpone it, Lin Xiaoxiao decided to head home before going out to find a greeting gift for when she met Shen Xing's grandparents. 

It did not take long to get home since the site they were shooting at was one of Empire Entertainment's main studios that was basically within walking distance from her home. Lin Xiaoxiao, Qin Mei, Little Bo and with the addition of Minmin who begged and pleaded to see her home all got off the elevator. 

"Mom after I change I will be heading out to buy some gifts to meet Xing's grandparents tonight do you want to come?" Even though they were together all the time Lin Xiaoxiao noticed that her and Qin Mei had not been spending much mother-daughter time together lately. 

"No, I can't I have a few things to settle still. I have been working on getting you a few photoshoots. If you pose for some magazines and get your name out. When they officially announce the cast for "The Princess's Knight" it will help with the movie sales if you are a bit more known. Most of the cast is already known by the public but the female lead has yet to be disclosed. So if they see you up on some billboards it will help with the promotion of the movie and promoting your self. This way you can land some movie deals outside of Empire Entertainment as well." Qin Mei paused for a moment as she turned to look at Lin Xiaoxiao with a stern look. "I do not want you to rely on that little fiance of yours, your whole life. Although I do believe he is a good man, I still would like to see my daughter a bit more independent. "

"Un… I understand. I will do as mom says and rely on my own skills. But you're forgetting one thing, mom." Lin Xiaoxiao gave Qin Mei a bright smile. 

"And what is it that I am forgetting?"Qin Mei asked questioningly.

 Lin Xiaoxiao's eyes showed deep amount of confidence as said without the slightest bit of hesitation. "My acting alone will bring offers in by the millions after this one movie." 

Qin Mei was stunned but she could only shake her head. She knew that what Lin Xiaoxiao said was completely right.  Although exaggerated in what she just said. She had been watching this daughter of hers act these past few days and she had to say that her acting skills were world-class. No matter what kind of scene it was she could pull it off flawlessly.  

"Yes, yes. We all know how wonderful and great my daughter's acting skills are. But we should not waste that beautiful face of yours." Qin Mei did not want her wasting her good looks. But This was the main reason why Qin Mei wanted Lin Xiaoxiao to do these photoshoots. Her beauty was unmatched. Although she was short and still looked younger than her actual age she was still very beautiful.

Two Hours Later...

Standing outside of a jewelry store looking in through the window stood Lin Xiaoxia, Little Bo and Minmin. Minmin had a face mask as well as a cap and sunglasses on to hide her identity. Lin Xiaoxiao and  Little Bo only wore face masks in order to not let Minmin stand out too much while she was with them. 

While Lin Xiaoxiao and Minmin were both discussing what they saw in the window. Little Bo was standing back. She never had much interest in such things as jewelry. She grew up very poor for a good portion of her life. Because of this fact, she never wore any makeup or had any kind of jewelry on. But this did not mean that Little Bo was not pretty at all. In fact, if Little Bo had gone to school she would have been very popular amongst the boys. Little Bo was what you would call a natural beauty. 

As she was standing there waiting for Lin Xiaoxiao and Minmin to finish deciding, she found herself face to face with a young man who was standing in front of her. "Hey, Hey! Did it hurt?" 

"Huh?" Little Bo was somewhat confused by the man's sudden appearance and question. Not realizing that he was actually using one of the oldest and dumbest pickup lines known to man.

"I was just wondering if it hurt when you fell from heaven?" The young man smiled as he took a step closer to Little Bo and reached out his hand and grabbed her wrist. The smile on his face changed and now had a crazy look on his face.

"What are you doing let go of me!" Little Bo winced from the pain as she shouted out. The young man was squeezing her wrist with all his strength!
