My first class is going well.

The lesson isn't that difficult, and everyone is friendly to me.

Obviously because first, I'm a son of a Duke. Second of all, I'm the Coordinator. The one and the only person who can summon and control demons, the strongest being in this world. It's making me uncomfortable to have all of this attention.

If only I have the ability to read people's intentions like brother Sylvester.

So that I can tell which one is being genuine and which one who wanted to gain my favor.

I'm too naive to think that my school life in this world will be filled with happiness and laughs, just like how I did in my previous life. Where I make friends with anyone, go home playing an arcade, and so on.

This school is teaching its students about the cruel reality.

Social status is important. People with a low social status need to aim at the top because nobody wants to be at the bottom of the barrel. I've been living in luxury for the past thirteen years so I haven't realized this at all.

I saw a few girls threw a tiny crumpled paper at Luna's head. Luna just stayed quiet about it. Or when a student asked Julian for a pen. But he never returned it.

I'm sure the teachers let it go on purpose.

This is a disgusting sight.

I checked the clock that's hanged on the wall. The class will be over in a couple of minutes.

Should I approach Renn, Julian, and Regan so we could get to our next class together? I frowned. What if I just caused them even more trouble?

But I know deep down they wanted to have a chat with me...

Ugh, that's it. I don't care anymore! If anyone dares hurt my friends, I'll let them know who's they're messing with.

"Don't forget to collect your assignment this Friday,"

"Yes Mrs.Cotts,"

And after the teacher left, everyone got up from their seats and walked out of the door.

Luna fell to the floor. I didn't see what happened, but I assumed she was pushed. The girls giggled as they left the classroom. Before I can approach Luna to help her up, Regan hurriedly helped her out.

"Are you ok?" Regan asked.

Luna only smiled and nodded her head.

"They're so mean,"

"?" I blinked when I saw Renn approached the two of them with Julian.

Julian sighed. "There's nothing we can do about it,"

"Hmm," Luna only smiled sadly.

Ah... I was wrong. It's not because Regan and Luna have the same status. It's because Regan would help others, despite their status. Renn, Regan, and Julian. They're different.
