In a dimly lit room, Ivy was holding Ciel in her sleep. The two of them had started living together because she was afraid that the men and women in the organization would take advantage of Ciel's condition in order to have their way with him.

Ciel was a very good looking boy. Although he was only eleven-years-old his face was enough to make the ladies on the island blush. There had been instances when those ladies would give him kisses while Ivy wasn't looking and treat him as their toy.

After being brainwashed, Ciel would only react to Ivy's orders. If Ivy was not around, he would just be sitting or standing in a daze looking at the empty space in front of him. Ivy was a busy person and she couldn't always be around Ciel.
