Nothing much happened in this time, Billy traveled in different villages and towns, gaining informations and sometimes being trained in martial arts, the rest of the time would be spent in training in his own constitution and playing with his abilities.

Apparently the halo would give him these capabilities:

Telekinesis, an ability used to move things with the power of the mind, but it requires a slight concentration and mind power. However, he developed a sub-technique, which would create a shield to deflect attacks.

Black Nexus Bolt, this would make him create bolts of dark energy that are capable of erasing anyone it touches and reduce to ashes everything else, however it is too slow to be used in an actual combat, so it's better using it against slow or big targets.

Summoning skeletons or agent-like people from black fissures, the number of them is almost infinite, not only he can do that, but he can also strengthen them, however it would tire him out. Surprisingly, he can summon giant variants that are as tall as an entire floor, however their strength is really immense.

Those fissures that he can create also act as portals, like the ones from "Portal", he could even summon any weapon he wanted from them, at the condition that it is 100% non-living things.

He can switch his consciousness with other skeletons or units made from him, giving him immortality, and the halo would give him superhuman strength and agility, he was already strong enough to beat an human barehanded when he was 10 years old.

During this time, he also found out more things, for example, he was forced to wear sunglasses because the halo gave him red eyes with black sclera. And if anyone else touched the halo, they would immediately be zapped with non-lethal nexus bolt.

Meh, they are not important for his casino, so, where he was… Oh right, he created this casino to gain trust from the empire and slowly leeching away their money, he would kill them economically.

Syura sometimes would play blackjack with Billy, but it would always end with his loss, much to his curiosity. One time he got enraged and attacked Billy, but he was thrown out from a mysterious force, which was telekinesis.

After crashing some(Many) times in the ground without Billy doing almost anything, he stopped attacking him and let him go.

Once the rumors about his friendship with Ogre came out, not many people dared to be arrogant in the casino, however there were still people saying things like "Give me a free pass, I am Ogre's friend." But when he said that even he paid the fee, they stood silent.

About Syura, there were some rumors about him letting go Billy even after being kicked out, things like Syura fearing him, or not daring to act brazen in the casino came out as well.

In short, there were only a few people daring to act arrogant in his casino, and those who broke the rules, were snapped in half from Big G.

Billy was currently on his own room, drinking wine as he watched from a window what happened in the game room.

Big G was still overlooking the place, with some smaller minions walking around or playing with the others.
