[2 days later]

Everyone was grouped again in the meeting room.

Najenda: Everyone is here. I have three pieces of bad news and a good news to relay. Listen carefully.

Tatsumi: Local team?

Najenda: So, for the entire time you are there, I want reports passed from one of your minions about the daily life of everyone in the group, don't leave anything. And during this time, Billy, even if they ask you to kill people from the Revolutionary Army, you are free to do so, just make the Teigus you will find disappear.

Billy: Roger.

Najenda: And finally, there has been a string of murders in the capital, the targets are civil officials. The deaths include 4 officials and 61 bodyguards.

Then she took out something from her pocket, revealing a poster with the Night Raid logo over it.

Najenda: The problem is these posters claiming to be from Night Raid have been found at all the crime scenes.

Bulat: They're framing us for the crime? It's easy to see they're fakes, right…?

Tatsumi: But that's obvious, isn't it? I mean, for us to suddenly start claiming responsibility seems a bit far fetched.

Billy: Alright, let's board.

Billy wore his formal clothes that he wore at the casino, and a fedora on his head, which had a black semi-transparent veil that covered his eyes.

Bulat: Billy, do you remember your cover?

Billy: Certainly, I do this almost every day at the casino.

He walked over the ship and looked around, there were many nobles and children from said nobles around.

He picked a drink from a nearby table and tasted it, before he frowned.

Billy: Tch, I expected more.

A nearby noble heard him and frowned.

Noble: Heh, what would you expect from a youngster, they can't even taste good drinks.

Billy: Hoooh? Who is the one who is brave enough to talk to this noble one?

Noble: You dare to act arrogant in front of the head of the Dracan family?!

Billy: Dracan family… Never heard of them.

Noble: What?!

Billy: Go show your face somewhere else, I don't want my ears to be violated from your voice.

A minion of Billy came at his side and whispered some things on his ear, making Billy grin.

Billy: I heard that you are one of the people that play much on my casino, do you believe that I can ban you and your family for 3 generations?

The noble of the Dracan family kowtowed in the ground and said.

Noble: Forgive this little one, Young Master Billy. I didn't mean to pollute the air around you with my presence, I continued to look down at the reflection of the moon instead of looking up… Please forgive me.

The guy left the place, leaving Billy and Bulat alone.

Bulat: Wow, that was a great acting.

Then Bulat walked inside the ship the moment he was gone, Billy looked around the place for a moment before a sound reached his ears, it was a nice and relaxing music, but there is obviously something strange to it since everyone except him fell down asleep.

Apparently that thing on his head saved him from falling down like the others. Billy summoned a black yo-yo with blue outlines and wire and stood in guard.

Billy: It must be a Teigu.

Behind him someone walked over the ship while stretching his body.

?: Ah… Staying in hiding was so dull...Oh?

Jean turned around and saw the man that was talking. He was a man of large muscular build with long, spiky blond hair and pure white, pupil-less eyes. He wore a headdress similar to horns and a black uniform.

?: Despite Scream, someone's still on his feet?

Billy: Pfft, you know, voices in your head helps.

?: Heh, no doubt about it. Even under Hypnotism, you may remember this. So if you're allowed to live and see what we do…

Billy: Oh? So you guys are the ones doing a mess outside and blaming us.

?: Ah! So this here's one of the real Night Raid. This is good.

The man took something from his uniform, revealing a sheathed sword, and threw it at Billy.

Billy: ...Explain.

?: I want fighting experience points, you know? In order to become the strongest…

The man took out a double-edged axe from his back, while Billy glanced at the sword on his hands, before throwing it in the sea.

Billy: I don't need something that fragile. Come at me, I need only my yo-yo to beat you.

?: Pretty arrogant, aren't we? I hope you are worth the experience!

Then the bulky man rushed at Billy, who just played with his yo-yo, before he swung his yo-yo at the man, the man ignored the yo-yo, that crashed on his chest.

Surprisingly for the man, he felt a really big weight behind that yo-yo, which stopped his charge and sent him stumble back.

?: What was that…

Billy didn't answered and sent his yo-yo forward again, the man, wary of the toy, blocked the yo-yo with his weapon, the yo-yo turned back at Billy, and without stopping it reached the man even faster than before.

The man placed his axe in front of him, to block the toy, and unexpectedly it released an energy shockwave at the impact, sending the man fly back.

The yo-yo made a circle around Billy before it continued to strike the man, causing another energy shockwave, breaking the man's ribs.

?: Guh…!

The toy turned back to Billy, he played with it for some seconds, spinning it around him and around itself, increasing it's rotation speed, before he sent his yo-yo upwards and tugged it down at the man, breaking the man's skull and pulverizing it with a third energy shockwave.

Right at this moment, over his head there was a young kid wearing the same uniform and possessing a flute, while at his left an old man came out from the water, both of them jumped at him.

Billy ignored the old man and sent his yo-yo at the young kid, who blocked it with his flute. Meanwhile, a shadow passed at his left and hit the old man, the shadow was revealed to be Bulat in his armor.

Bulat: How are you?

Billy: Alright. Now let's take care of these people.
