Chapter 13

Little did they know Chairman Park decided to pay them a surprise visit. He was about to pull open the door to MinYue's office when he noticed through the window that Cera was handing his son a room key. His smile grew, and he thought to himself 'Do I even need to do anything? They seem to be hitting it off quite well.' Ming-Fa just turned around and decided to call Leo. He then turned around and headed out of Cera's office, and down the hallway into the open room where the cubicles were. The whole room started to hustle and bustle. A few seconds ago the room was completely silent, but now people were running around working on projects, and talking about business. 'To much happening in one day for these guys to handle?' Ming-Fa thought to himself as Leo picked up on the other end.

"Shall we?" MinYue stood up and made a hand gesture as to say after you my lady.

Cera smiled shyly and got up, and made her way to the door. She didn't understand why she acted this way in front of him. 'Is it because he is my new boss, or is it because of that night when...' she stopped the sentence from finishing when she felt MinYue's shoulder touch hers. He was reaching for the door knob, but he was close. She could feel his warmth, and she stopped thinking.

MinYue opened the door, "What shall I show my new assistant first?"

Cera came back from wherever her mind had wandered to, "I am not sure."

"Okay, since we are on the 8th floor why don't we start here, and work our way down?"

They did just as he suggested. They went to every floor. Every time someone new saw them walking around Cera couldn't help but notice the strange, or surprised face the employee would have on their face. MinYue on the other hand didn't show any concern whatsoever. He was busy with his thoughts of working with his 'Future Mrs. Park'

Back down in the lobby they walked passed Mrs. Jin, and Cera smiled and waved to her. Mrs. Jin returned the wave, and continued with her work. MinYue then took Cera around to the other side of the lobby. It led to about seven steps. They went down, and came to the entrance to the 4 story parking garage that was behind the building. "This is probably one of the perks to working here. The garage is connected to the building so employees don't have to walk in the cold during winter." Cera turned to look at him, he was a whole foot taller than her, but she felt that he was treating her as his equal. "Alright then, that's the tour. You now have seen every part of the company. Any questions?" She shook her head no, and then they turned to head back upstairs. On the last step MinYue glanced at his watch. "1:03, do you want to get some lunch?"

Cera's eyes widened. She had been here since 8, so they had been wandering around together for at least 4 hours after she went into his office for the second time. "What do you suggest?"

"How does the coffee shop across the street sound?" MinYue turned to look at her to see if her facial expression revealed a clue as to if she was happy with his choice.

"It's definitely in a convenient location. A nice cup of coffee, and a sandwich sounds nice right now." she agreed to his choice.
