Killing my plants

After wearing her clothes she made her way out the bathroom. Kai was waiting patiently. They arrived at her villa after a 20 minutes, the first thing she noticed was that her front door want locked as she had left it. She walked inside with Kai following closely behind, she heard the shower running in the guest room. She knew who it was already, shenoticed Kai had raised his eyebrows.

"It's just a friend", she said nonchalantly.

This only made Kai more suspicious. He sat in the couch and said.

"Okay, so what did you want to do at home?"

Seeing Kai had made himself comfortable Raina replied indifferently.

"I'm just going to cook for us and then probably study and play on my X-box".

After a half hour the door to the guest room opened and Cade walked out top less with a towel in his hand drying his hair, he had tattoos on his arms and chest and a perfect six pack, his hair was black with the tips dyed gold, he had dark green eyes and a mole on his left cheek. He was extremely handsome.

He didn't seem to notice Kai sitting on the couch as he made his way to the kitchen.

"What for supper?" he asked Raina.

"I made noodle soup with chicken strips, and fried fish with rice", she replied happily.

"Nice, I'm starving.. Are you feeling better now?" he asked with a worried expression as he looked her up and down, " I wanted to visit but that other guy was there the whole time. I don't think he likes me, so I just came home to wait for you, you know what.. I told you so but you never listen to me. "

" I know I know, you told me not to but I ignore you, anyway I'm much better now so it doesn't matter. " she said.

Raina and Cade continues to talk happily, they didn't notice a black faced Kai walk unit the kitchen.

"Is it done?" Kai asked coldly.

Cade jumped in fright while Raina turned to look at him.

"Almost, just a few more minutes", she answered.

"what are you doing here?" Cade asked in shock.

"Can't I be here?" Kai questioned back.

"No, I just didn't know you were here", Cade replied nonchalantly, "I'll go lay the table since your almost done", he turned to Raina.

"Okay, make sure it's for 3", she emphasized the 3 part.

"Pfft, I'm not childish", Cade laughed.

After laying the table, the 3 sat down to eat, with Cade at the head of the table.

"How long have you two been living together?" Kai asked suspiciously.

"Oh ever since I left my grandfather's house when I was 15", Raina answered.

"So you've been loving together.. For 4 years?" Kai asked not bothering to hide his irritation.

"Yeah, that sounds about right", Cade replied serenely thinking back to when they first met.

"Woah, had been that long already? It seem like yesterday when I met you at the hospital", Raina said in shock.

Raina shuddered as the room temperature got colder and colder.

"Stop emitting that cold atmosphere, are you Satan?" she shout Kai.

His face darkened as Cade laughed at him.

"If you gonna be unfriendly and ruin my environment then please leave, look, your making my plant die", Raina complained.

Kai stood up and walked toward her room.

"Oh great, he went to go sulk", Cade laughed.

"Was I too mean? I was just joking." Raina said loud enough for Kai to hear.

Still the room door remained tightly shut.
