The kiss

 AUTHOR'S POV: 

The dark faded away, the dark was replaced with light yellow-orange sky the clouds fluttering around due to the force of the strong wind they were ready to rain anytime. The sun was not bright as it was like yesterday this time milky moisture concealed the sun from burning the world. 

Slowly all villagers one by one started to rise up from their sleep. 

A woman in her late twenties went to the back of her hut to take water. 

" Yelllloo yelloo" She shouted seeing the guards on the ground in an unconscious state.

Everyone rushed including, Bala and Francis.

They examined everyone and splashed some water on their face. 

Slowly one by one started waking up. That's when Francis acknowledged the absence of Parinithi and Sara. So, he ran to the hut where they slept the last night. 

He didn't know if they were sleeping or unconscious. He went near them and called Sara and Parinithi.
