22 C22: Lukewarm relationship

After a few days, Mabel Liu saw Adrian and Violet together. Not only did Violet not leave Adrian, they even look like an extremely happy and loving family of three. She was extremely mad that her plan had failed.

But before she can plan another scheme, she was asked to go back to country A as her dad had fall ill. Before she leave for the airport, she look at Wang residence from a distance

'Violet Song, don't be too happy. Your happiness will not last for long so enjoy your little happiness when you can. When I come back, I will snatch everything from you including your beloved brother Adrian.'

After Mabel Liu left, peace is restored in the Wang residence. Though the couple will bicker with each other occasionally but it has made them more loving, giving people around them lots of dog food. While they nuture little candy, Violet strive to become the top designer of country S while Adrian is secretly planning for his grand proposal.

Downstairs of Gina apartment,

"Justin Xia, why do you like to follow me so much?"

"Don't you know the reason."

"Ok, I cannot win you and can be bothered to fight with you but I have some conditions."

"First, you can send me to work but drop me at the nearest bus stop. Second, you cannot pick me up from work, I don't want my colleauges to misuderstand our relationship. Lastly, I am NOT your girlfriend, we can be friends but I don't want to be in a relationship with you."

"...." Justin was dumbfounded by what Gina was saying.

"I am serious, if you cannot adhere to this conditions then we can no longer be friends or meet." Gina said seriously.

"Ok, Ok then do you want to hop on or be late for work?" Gina was shocked at how late it was already and quickly get into his car.

"Oh and one more, I am not as free as you, apart from sending me to work, don't come and look for me. Only If I request then you can come." Gina try to avoid Justin's gaze as she was afraid she would soften and agree to everything he has said.

"Yes, I understand, are you not hungry or thirsty talking so much. Have your breakfast, don't go hungry when you go to work." Gina was slowly wavered by Justin's action.

'Maybe he isn't as bad as I think.'

For the next three months, Justin will pick Gina up most of the morning and they eat together sometimes. Justin have even drag Gina into helping Adrian with his proposal. They have a amazing relationship, they were mor than good friends but was not in a relationship. Justin was also delighted that the relationship between two of them have also significantly improved.
