7 Chapter 7
30 minutes before the attack happened, Arata notice that the water jar need to be refill and that he should buy some food for everyone since Ethan would be receiving his own food provided by the hospital. And his young master might be thirsty when he wakes up so he needs to be ready when Ethan wakes up. He took the jar and went to the nearest nurse station to ask one of them to look after Ethan for a bit while he gets water and buy some food. The water refilling station is a bit far from his young master's room so he needed someone to stay with Ethan for a while and the restaurant within the hospital is located three floors down. Without him knowing, Elise and Nathan arrived at the private room of Ethan together with four bodyguards following them. Just before the nurse stop them from going inside the room, Nathan informed them that he is the older brother of Ethan. When the nurse heard that the kid is the older brother of Ethan she let them stay with him without knowing what would happen to their patient.

Inside the room, Elise saw that Ethan was sleeping peacefully, she got angry after getting the message that her parents won't be able to take them to mall as per what they promise. They plan it ahead of time together with their vacation to Maldives in which their flight would be tomorrow but it got canceled due to Ethan. When she asked her mom, a while ago, mother Aoki just told them that Ethan was taken by grandpa and grandma go to the hospital. Upon knowing that it was because of Ethan that her parents couldn't keep their promise she suddenly became angry and told his brother to come with her to visit Ethan together with their own personal bodyguards.
"because of you mom and dad broke their promise to me, and you only want them to pay attention to you" says Elise to the still sleeping Ethan. Nathan notices the grim expression of his sister.
"Elise, maybe we should tell mom and dad that we are here" asked Nathan to his sister.
'NO! BECAUSE OF HIM MOM AND DAD COULDN'T TAKE US TO THE MALL! BECAUSE OF HIM OUR VACATION GOT CANCELED!!"shouted Elise as she slapped Ethan's stomach so hard that Ethan suddenly awaken from his sleep because of the pain.
"AH!" shouted Ethan .He then notice that it was his older sister who hit him. "older sister Elise, and brother Nathan," wondering why both of his siblings are here.
"YOU ATTENTION GRABBER OMEGA! YOU TOOK MOM AND DAD'S ATTENTION FROM US! YOU WANTED THEM TO PAY ATTENTION TO YOU THAT IS WHY YOU ARE ACTING IN PAIN!" Elise continuously hit Ethan's stomach not knowing that Ethan's wounds began to reopen. Ethan tried his best to ignore the pain as Elise continue to hit him. He can feel his wound reopen with every moment, and it is starting to wet his shirt and bed sheets. Meanwhile, Nathan tried his best to stop his sister from hitting Ethan's wound any further since he can now see blood, But all his effort was futile since Elise just push him which resulted to him hitting the vase that is by the side table of Ethan's bed. Elise saw those glass shards and suddenly grabs one then without second though she stabs Ethan hard.
"AAAHHHMMMM!!!!" Ethan shouted in pain but was shut up by Elise as she covers his mouth to prevent him from shouting any louder.
"ELISE!!! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?! STOP HITTING ETHAN DON'T YOU SEE HE IS IN PAIN!" shouted Nathan who was shock by what just happened.
"NO! HE IS JUST FAKING IT! THOSE ARE NOT REAL! HE IS JUST AN OMEGA WANTED TO BE PART OF OUR FAMILY!" she shouted as she pushed Nathan who is trying to stop her.
"ETHAN IS ALSO OUR BROTHER! HE IS OUR YOUNGER BROTHER!" shouted Nathan to Elise who is still hitting Ethan hard.
"shut up Nathan! This omega should just die so you better shut your mouth and go out now, I will follow after you then we will think that nothing happened here so GO OUT NOW!!!" Elise knows that what she is doing is wrong but she had that urge to kill him right this moment. While Nathan wanted to stop it he just can't go against the wishes of his own sister so with a heavy heart he went outside. Minutes later Elise came out of the room. Her hands that was covered with blood a while ago were now clean like she didn't stab Ethan.
"let's go, we should buy some milktea on the way home, my friend told me that there was one store nearby that sells delicious milkteas. We should try it older brother!" said Elise as she clings to Nathan as if nothing really happened. They both started to walk away from the room. All the nurses notice that they are all leaving Ethan's ward happily so they just smile by the thought of how caring they are to their sibling.
Minutes later Arata came back, in his hand are a few boxes of food that he bought from the restaurant below. He also got his water jar that he left somewhere while he buys their food. He gave a few snacks for the nurses as a thank you for keeping an eye of Ethan. Finally, he entered Ethan's room, his young master that was supposed to be sleeping in his hospital bed was no longer there. He also notices that the bed has a lot of blood that shock him. He runs to the other side of the bed where he found Ethan on the floor. His body was facing down, so he turns him over, he then saw that he is still bleeding and that there was a glass shard in his wound where he more blood keeps on flowing out.
"NURSE! SOMEBODY HELP ME!!! SOMEONE CALL DR. SATO HERE! YOUNG MASTER ETHAN PLEASE HANG IN THERE!!!" Arata kept on shouting until the nurses rush inside the room where they all saw how much blood there is inside the room.
"Mimi! Call Dr. Akifumi now! Tell him that Ethan's wound reopened! Taka! Call the O.R. to prepare one room, and we will rush him there as soon as Dr. Sato gets here. Mika call Dr. Sato now! The rest of you help me here!" shouted the head nurse.
"Mr. Arata please step aside we need to get him back to his bed and please let us do our work while we wait for Dr. Sato" said of the nurses.
"please save him! Please!" said Arata as he pleaded for Ethan's life.

Minute later Dr. Sato arrive and even though he was already brief of what happened to Ethan he was still shock of what he saw. The floor has a lot of blood and his hospital gown that was already removed by the nurses had a lot of blood that it covers almost every part of the gown.
"Dr. Sato! We can't seem to stop the bleeding! We need to take him to the operating room now, the shard gat deeper since he was found facing down a while ago." Said the head nurse.
"Shit, call Dr. Akifumi again, tell him that we will take Ethan to the operating room now, you already had an operating room ready right? We need operate him now or else he will be in danger. His internal organ might have been damage, he won't bleed this much if none of his organs was damage. DO IT NOW!" instructed Dr. Sato, who is now trying to save Ethan.
"d..doct-or…"mumbled Ethan
"Ethan, you need to be strong alright, me and Aki will do our best to save you ok? You just need to stay with me, don't fall asleep again ok?" said Dr. Sato
"it…hurts…it hurts…h-help…me…plea—se…." said Ethan before he passes out again.
"oh no, Ethan! Ethan! You need to wake up! E-"
"doctor! The patient is going under arrest!" shouted the nurse
"start CPR! Ready the Defibrillator! We need to revive him first before we take him to the O.R." shouted Dr. Sato as he does the CPR.
"yes doctor!" answered the nurse who rush out to get the machine. While everyone starts to get worried for Ethan while seeing everything going on inside the room. Just before the nurse came back, Dr. Sato was able to get Ethan his pulse again.
"doctor. We have a pulse!" said the nurse who at the other side of the bed. There two more nurse who is a male, they could help out in pushing the bed going to the operating room.
"good, now we'll take him straight to the O.R. we need to operate him now or else he would lose more blood, tell them to ready at least two bags of blood there just in case," said dr. Sato, who lead the bed of Ethan out of his room. He didn't bother looking at Ethan's parents nor his grandparents, he just wanted to save the boy from dying.

Outside the Operating Room, Dr. Akifumi, who came rushing from home just arrived at the entrance of O.R. after changing his clothes into an operating uniform. Just before he went inside he saw the group Dr. Sato pushing Ethan's bed toward the operating room while Dr. Sato himself is above Ethan doing another CPR to Ethan since he went into another arrest and at this very moment the situation gets more dangerous with every moment he goes into an arrest.
"What happened?!" said the very shock Dr. Akifumi, who is seeing that Ethan is having another arrest. Which was supposed to be impossible since none of his internal organ were damage and his wounds should not reopen unless someone did something to him. They need check is organs if that is the case, they can't just ignore whatever happen to him, his wound are still fresh after all.
"DOCTOR! Please….please save Ethan, we will pay how much it cost just please save our grandson!" said the still crying grandma Aoki who came rushing to him while others follow.
"calm down Old madam Aoki, please calm down and let me go so that I could be beside Ethan, we need to examine him now or else he could die," said Dr. Akifumi. Grandpa Aoki hold his wife so that Dr. Akifumi could go on his way to save Ethan.
