30 Chapter 28

(A/N: Next part is lame just saying...)

Li Qi Ye decided to take the initiative this time, Kun Peng's flaring, he charged forwards, shockwaves rattling behind him as he appeared in front of Yun Xie, who simply smiled.

"Oh? You're approaching me?" Yun Xie said, quivering a little as the powerful strike closed in. Just as it was about to touch his face, the wind blowing Yun Xie's long hair back, his mouth moved again, displaying his bright white teeth. He simply yelled two words….

"ZA WARUDO!"

Then, everything besides Yun Xie simply…. Stopped. It was completely silent, besides Yun Xie's calm unlabored breathing. Li Qi Ye still stood there, paused in time, the fist frozen in mid-air. Yun Xie casually stepped back.

His dreams were finally lived out, he was completely content. Ever since he first came to this world and received those abilities, he had always wanted to do this.

Continuing on, Yun Xie walked around Li Qi Ye.

"Time has stopped, you won't be able to make any move, nor can you hear me right now… So…. why am I talking to you again? Dramatic Anime Monologues? Dunno…."

Stopping behind Li Qi Ye, Yun Xie once again stood there, thinking silently.

(A/N: Umm….. I have no idea what imma put for this part…)

(A/N: Just saying, I did plan ahead, but not for the little fights….)

(A/N: I have a selection of abilities or moves that I must use on a doc, but this is extremely lame. I'll try to make the end of fights less lame in the future. But this won't be the last time he fights Li Qi Ye so….)

"Umm... What do I do now?" Yun Xie paced around, having no idea what he should do for a finisher. It would be sorta anti-climatic if he just did some random lame move right now. "Screw it! [Amplify] x 3, Falcon Punch!" With a burst of withering red energy, Yun Xie nailed Li Qi Ye in the chin.

Once again, Yun Xie walked behind Li Qi Ye, as he snapped his fingers, a commotion shaking the very foundations of the Martial Hall. [Amplify] x3 was pretty strong…. Li Qi Ye was sent flying into the air, an explosion rattling the floor.

Yun Xie looked around awkwardly, scratching his head. It was sort of embarrassing coming up with such a lame finisher….

But… All the other disciple's jaws were dropping, Li Shuangyan and Nan Huai Ren included. As Li Qi Ye fell to the ground with a thump, they looked at Yun Xie like he was some sort of monster. It had all happened so fast that Li Shuangyan was completely confused. It was like time had stopped!

Li Qi Ye vomited out some blood, his nose bleeding. Getting up, he was battered and bruised all over, Yun Xie, besides his fists, and chest, seemed quite fine.

"Ugh…" Qi Ye had not expected that at all. The last thing he remembered was aiming a punch at Yun Xie with most of his might, before rocketing up into the sky…. Yun Xie that bastard was clearly suppressing his strength…! And, there seemed to be something about that last move… Something related to Time?

This was his first defeat in….. How long? Li Qi Ye laughed a little. For him to have his first loss only a few months after awakening. What the hell was this…. Anomaly?

"You appear to be in low spirits…." Yun Xie spoke softly, still happy over his victory.

"You think?" Li Qi Ye got up, stretching a little. Though, this session did benefit him a lot. He might get to minor completion faster than he thought...

The disciples along with Nan Huai Ren and Li Shuangyan were confused, not knowing what had happened, Li Qi Ye was also a little shaken, but not saying or acting like he was... If it was truly like that…. That someone could freely use the element of time in the Nine Worlds then….

"Yo. Here." Yun Xie tossed him an apple, which Li Qi Ye happily accepted.

(A/N: I'll go back to the bandit thing in a while, but for now, it'll mostly be Yun Xie.)

Few Months Later…

Yun Xie sat there lazily, his bare legs kicking the peaceful clear water, causing a koi fish to dart about, disturbing the lily pads and lotus flowers.

He leisurely dined on some chasu pork buns, a great delicacy to enjoy with some Mellow Cola.

The scenery really was beautiful. A small crystalline pond, shining like a thousand jewels, beautiful plump fish swimming about within, and countless lotus flowers adorning its surface. Lush vibrant reeds swayed about in the mid-morning breeze, and a giant old willow tree bristled, as the wind moved its many green leaves. The sky above was bright and a deep vivid blue, with clouds drifting by like cotton candy.

Yun Xie ate a pork bun. These days, he wanted to eat more dumplings and other food of the sort. Later, he decided that he would eat a few black pepper buns, some good stuff. Of course, he would cook them in oil and sprinkle them personally with black pepper and other awesome spices to greatly contrast the flavor.

(A/N: As you can see, right now, I, for some reason, really want to add imagery to my story, so please bear that in mind…..)

He lay there for a while more, slapping a talisman to a nearby tree, which faded off, camouflaged in the branch. Flying Thunder God. He really liked the area, it was a peaceful, worry-free place where once could be disconnected from their woes and other crap, and just eat pork buns without any young master idiot screaming, "U COURTIN DEF!" or some dumb stuff that young masters loved saying.

Finally deciding to get up, he took one last swig of that wonderful Mellow Cola, and flickered off, moonwalking through the air.
