28 All World's Submit to Agartha

(Author's Note: I'm back you fools. )

(Author's Note: From now on, mana potions will be removed since they didn't exist in Yggdrasil. I will change them in my edits at the end of the 1st volume to Treech using spell scrolls.)

The three-pillar men finished posing as the cutscene came to an end. Treech, Prince, and Wings all readied themselves for this final battle. They had been running this dungeon for such a long time now and trying to conserve mana by making use of class skills and summons. The only reason they could make it so far was thanks to the strong gear that each Dark Reunion member had.

Overall, Treech had about 45% of his mana pool left for this final fight. Wings and Prince both had around 70% of their mana pool left. They didn't have to use much mana to fight things as they ascended. Prince especially could just switch between his Racial Paragon class skills and changing his weight to deal with enemies in an effective manner. Perhaps this was one of the biggest downsides to a Magic Caster, they were completely dependent on mana.

The boss music was playing loudly and the three pillar men wasted no time and immediately attacked. Each of the pillar-men seemed to have an elemental affinity through some strange class manipulation skills. One could manipulate Earth, another Wind, and Truks could manipulate Darkness.

"[Rank 9: Dark Pierce]"

Truks used a technique and his hand and nails turned purple and black. They shifted to become like a sword.

"[Rank 5: Air of Breath]"

"[Rank 10: 100 Earth Steps]"

The other two pillar-men also activated some of their techniques. The earth one enhanced his legs and the wind one enhanced his breathing and stamina. They all jumped straight at Treech from 3 different angles.

"Dragon, intercept them. Kid, take the wind element one." Treech shouted orders.

"[Rank 5: Shadow Cloak]"

The light in Wing's eyes changed and his voice became deeper as he announced his technique. Treech had started calling Wing's battle personality Dragon, he was completely different from the usual Wings. Dragon activated his defense-oriented technique and leaped masterfully in between Treech and the incoming pillar-men bosses. His shadow beneath him merged with his berserker armor, giving off a weird image of man and shadow as one. He used his two giant swords to defend against the two earth and darkness pillar-men. When his swords couldn't parry thier attacks, their strikes would sometimes phase through him a number of times, as if they were attacking his immaterial shadow.

"[Super Rank Technique: Purple Lightning]!"

Prince's body was coated with a constantly produced dark purple lightning. It flickered around him and turned the surrounding environment into a large static field. Just like Super Tier spells, fighter-type classes had access to Super Rank Techniques after a certain level, however, they usually were only limited to their class-based Super Rank technique and couldn't pick and choose them like shopping for bread and milk, which Magic Caster classes do. Super Rank Techniques tend to be extremely versatile, usually eliminating an entire disadvantage to your techniques or applying a massive boost to them. They do not have a long cast time like Super Tier Spells, but they instead have a 'Recoil' effect after the Super Rank Technique ends. Recoil effects are enough to sometimes completely lock a player in place for a whole minute, or perhaps even drop a player's health down to the minimum of 10%. This in addition to the same long cooldown that Super Tier Spells have makes the Super Rank Techniques have a significant disadvantage over the Super Tier Spells in exchange for an instant cast time.

Purple lightning swirled around Prince. If one were to paint the image, it would look like a swirling purple galaxy with starlight condensed at the center in humanoid form.

"[Rank 10: Lightning Reflexes]"

*Boom*

The purple lightning condensed into his body and purple arks ran along with his muscles and nerves. Normally, his dexterity was increased by 50% for the duration of the technique and it even affected his reaction speed. But with the addition of the purple lightning, his dexterity more than doubled. Prince was comparable to a small one-man bullet train. But he wasn't done yet.

"[Skill: Dynamic Weight]"

Prince made himself lighter as he jumped into the air. He was well known for his dropkicks and unique fighting style in Yggdrasil now. Players started calling him 'Only Dropkicks' because of how much he repeatedly dropkicked people. He launched into the air and immediately approached the ceiling, purple lightning swirling around him and trailed behind him as he flew upwards.

"[Rank 7: Heavy Steps]"

"[Skill: Dynamic Weight]"

*Woosh*

Prince descended and perfectly dropkicked the wind element Pillar-man with a mana-infused kick into his shoe weapons. His boots enhanced his momentum-based attacks by up to 30% and increased knockback by 100%. They were Divine Class after Treech's DL enhancing trait got done with them.

"[Super Rank Technique: Gliding Breath]"

The wind in the area seemed to swirl in front of the wind pillar-man as he also used a Super Tank Technique. This surprised Treech because usually, only special bosses would have access to using Super moves or spells. With the enhancement, the wind pillar-man matched Prince's purple lightning speed easily.

"Plan change, go all in. Forcefully draw out their Supers." Treech shouted inside the party chat. He disengaged from the other two pillar-men while Dragon engaged the two of them for a few seconds. He was observing the boss's aggro and abilities, which was why he immediately noticed the Super Rank Technique the wind one used.

"[Super Rank Technique: Shadow Immaterial]"

Dragon didn't hold back after he received the new orders. His body changed as all the shadows in the rooms seemed to merge into his body. Two after images of him formed and followed his every move. Causing every attack he did to repeat an additional 2 times within a 0.1-second delay.

"[Rank 9: Lightless Hollow]"

Dragon's blades heated up with black smoke, absorbing the light nearby like a sponge. He immediately attacked both of the pillar-men, his attack sleaved right through them like a ghost, ignoring their attempts to block. It was followed by another 2 strikes doing the same thing. The pillar-men lost 1/5 of their health from just that attack alone.

"[Super Rank Technique: Dark Molding]"

"[Super Rank Technique: Planet's Core]"

The two-pillar men activated their Super Rank techniques as Treech had hoped. The earth one was wrapped in a dense aura with a rotating etherial planet behind him and Truks had another 4 arms, made of Darkness, that sprouted from his sides.

'Each boss has used their Super Rank technique, Truks is obviously the most dangerous and his move seems similar to Dragon's. If he gets the opportunity, we could go down in a few moves.' Treech thought as he analyzed the changes.

'Looks like I have no choice but to use my Supreme Skill here. I hope we don't have any extra surprises from this boss.' Treech mentally shook his head.

They had excellent defensive gear all on the Divine Class level, but even then these bosses were no joke. Prince had already been fighting with just the wind one solo and already had only 65% of his HP left during the few minutes that had passed. Dragon was taking on two of them along now and couldn't last forever under a combined assault. This raid boss was designed so that 6 people could defeat it, but it would never be simple with Yggdrasil developers in charge.

'I expect at least 1 dramatic second phase based on what I know from this game's trend.' Treech noted.

He lifted his arms into the air and selected his Supreme Skill: All World's Submit to Agartha. He needed to use this skill here to get the advantage and burn off the boss's Super Rank Techniques' usage.

"[Supreme Skill: All World's Submit to Agartha]"

A large illusionary image of a jungle appeared inside a circular porthole behind Treech. Arcane symbols surrounded the edges of the porthole-like inscriptions on a portal. A large stick-like man wrapped his arms around Treech. It had a sack for a head and was like a tall scarecrow. This was a creature known as the guardians of Argartha, a Munmos. They evolved in Argartha and became known as its protectors over a long period of time, but they don't have an official position.

*Bum Bum*

Two thumps sounded, signaling the start of the countdown of the Supreme Skill. Supreme skills usually had a small cast time so that its users could be interrupted. They were strong enough to affect battlefields and came with end-game classes.

The Munmos lifted its arms slowly up towards the air as the counting neared the final completion.

*Woosh*

The countdown ended without being interrupted and the Munmos vanished. The porthole behind him spread as an illusionary Agarthan forest throughout the room. Black Agarthan tree trunks were everywhere. Long killer plants and vines were there too, but it was all illusionary.

*Thump*

*Thump*

*Thump*

The sounds of heavy footsteps were heard as a gigantic head of what looked like a dinosaur/ T-rex appeared behind Treech. Its large reptilian eye had a horizontal slit across it. Of course, this was not a mere T-rex. In the lore of Yggdrasil, druids and nature-oriented spells are mostly known for their healing powers and peaceful synergy. Communing with nature and living with it. This is the conventional way of nature. However, the true origin of nature is not peaceful. It is survival of the fittest, food chain rules, and daily battles for food. All of this originates from Agartha, the world where only the strongest lifeforms in nature can survive. It had once contained nearly all-powerful lifeforms that currently exist in the 9 realms today, some lore even stated it predated the 9 realms' existence, but this has yet to be proven and an entrance to Agartha has yet to be found.

The rules of Agartha brought forth a lifeform of unparalleled might that even dragons feared. It was known as the abomination of Agartha. The terror of nature. It was the Immortal Terrask. That was the creature that appeared behind Treech. It was an image of the immortal terrask. It had long curved spikes nearly everywhere on its body and 3 rows of teeth in its mouth. It stood 3 stories tall and was more than 20 meters long.

It sucked in a breath of air and let out an earthshaking roar.

*Roar*

The roar blasted forth and the sound wave dispersed all the active spell/technique/skill effects that were currently in effect. The three pillar-men lost their Super Rank effects and so did Prince and Dragon. Thankfully, since the effects were dispelled they didn't need to face a recoil, but neither did the pillar bosses. Only a supreme skill could dispel Super Rank technique and spell effects. After the roar ended the illusion disappeared and there was absolute silence in the area which would prevent any new spells and techniques that used energy from being used. The roar was an area of effect disruption and silence. The terrask's roar disrupted all forms of energy and would prevent you from using mana/qi/ or any other source for a short while of 15 seconds. This was the might of the terrask.

"Kid, Dragon, finish off the wind pillar-man now!" Treech commanded.

Both of them switched focus to the wind pillar-man and Treech took on tanking Truks and the other pillar man easily. He was a tanky mage and his equipment, in addition to his incredibly strong race, made his defense abnormally high. He could easily act as a tank for a short while

It went as Treech expected, the wind pillar man collapsed into a pool of light particles within the duration of the silence. It couldn't handle them due to the silence and the high damage both of them could output. After the wind pillar man was finished and the silence ended, Truks spoke and used his own supreme skill.

"[Supreme Skill: Ultimate Lifeform]!"

(Author's note: Tell me what you think of Treech's Supreme Rank skill and the Super Rank Techniques.)
