14 The Perfect Outfit

My room was a mess, my clothes were scattered on the floor and the bed. I was made to try more than ten outfits and none of it was approved by my sisters and my friends.

Aditi, Adya, Sonia, and Simran were trying to find ‘The perfect Outfit’ for me for the date and no one was paying heed to what I was feeling. I was on tenterhooks, musing what was gonna happen on the date.

‘Come on Samaira Kashyap, you can do this.’, my inner self was trying to boost-up my faltered confidence but it wasn't facile.

There were girls who were ready to kill for just a slight glimpse of Namit and there I was who even danced with him, got a marriage proposal, and was going out on a date with him but still worried.

I was glad the media were prohibited to leak pictures of the event otherwise if any of Namit’s fangirls would have seen me dancing with him, I was for sure would have died.
