1 chapter 1

I had shifted to Mumbai after I completed my 12th class. It was not more than a month that I was living in Mumbai with my best friend,  Aarushi.

Even she had the same thoughts as me, wanting freedom and being independent. But we both were equally different from each other. She was quite, while I was the opposite of her....

In Mumbai, we lived in a two storey bungalow. My dad has travelled almost everywhere due to his company projects. He was the owner of ''kapoor and son' s'' company. It is an interior designing company. So as he travels much, he saved to buy a house in Mumbai.

As soon as I reached Mumbai, I went to aarushi. She used to live as a paying guest. I didn't want her to stay there and as I would be alone in Mumbai I would need a good company so I asked her to stay with me. I knew she would deny my request so I called her mother and asked her if she could shift with me. She agreee so aarushi had nothing to say.

I actually liked calling her Aarsh more than aarushi because I loved calling her names. It's not like she did not have one for me. She used to call me by various different illogical names but I had never complained because even I did the same. In fact, more than anyone in the world, I liked her company more. She was more like a sister for me. In every situation, be good or bad, she has never left me alone nor have I. We weren't best friends since we were in diapers but even those friends would not be that close as I and  aarushi were.

I had to stay with her for one day because my father had told that he would tell the workers to clean the house. As soon as the sunshine hit my face, I woke up but aarushi had already woke up. She packed her bag and we waited for the driver to pick us up.

The driver picked us up after 5 minutes and we headed straight to our new home. So excited. On our way, we imagined how it would be, just like a fairy tale. When we reached there, our faces were worth seeing! Eyes widened, mouths gaped, and we both were freaking happy to see it.

The house we were going to live in was as cool as one could imagine. When we entered, there was a parking space of about 10 cars to fit. When we entered the hall, we were welcomed with a fresh scent of air freshener. As we enter, on the left side is a medium-sized cupboard for keeping shoes and all. On the right side, sitting arrangements are done. Two louis chairs on each sides and a big sofa in between. Four extra comfortable Bean bags on two sides each. A large 72 inch long TV set was already ready for us on the opposite side of the sofa set.

Before thinking about anything else, I jumped on the sofa with the TV remote and aarushi did the same. I turned on the tv. We both looked at each other because she already knew which channel I was going to flip . Yupp it was the cartoon network and our all time favourite show "The Tom and jerry" show had already begun. We both were huge fans of some of the cartoons and one of them was Tom and Jerry. We even had some of its merchandise.

It was 10 in the morning. My stomach was shouting at me to fill it with something and I guess it was the same with aarushi. I ran to the kitchen and again the same thing happened; eyes widened and mouth gaped. I shouted aarushi's name to tell her to come in the kitchen. She hurried towards my direction and before she could say anything, even she was awestruck by the view of the kitchen. It was just as big as a bedroom. There was a table in the centre. At the corner was a door. I turned the doorknob and opened the door to reveal the best veranda ever. There was a swimming pool surrounded by fake greenery. This was going go be so much fun.

U need to know 5 things about me before reading this story. So they are:

1. I hate when someone touches my belongings without my permission.

2. I love to dance and sing.

3. Sometimes I can behave all madie badie around some people

4. I hate sharing especially Maggi and chocolates.

5. I only know how to make Maggi😂

It was early morning but I could still see some part of moon on the sky. When I saw the time on my cell phone, it was just 4 in the morning. I thought I was dreaming because it was the first time after i came in Mumbai that I stayed till 4. Wow! Unbelievable! I never thought about sleeping till the alarm rang and my thoughts were invaded with that. I walked to the window and the cold breeze hit my face and my open hair flew with the rhythm of the cold wind bringing shiver down to my whole body.

"Saanvi..... saanvi..." Aarushi was shouting like hell for me to wake up as it was already 6 and we had to reach there by 6:45 as it was our first day at college. You might be thinking that I was awake till 4 right? Ya, actually I forgot to mention that I am a bit sleepy head sometimes.... And suddenly there was a big splash of water on my face and i woke up cursing her in my mind.

"What the hell are you up to?" I said with my half opened eyes. I almost looked like a vampire by the looks, as aarushi had said earlier.

"Oh really! What the hell am i up to? Now don't tell me if we are late on our first day at college!"

"Ohh shit!!! What were you doing all this time instead of waking me up early?" I said angrily. But then realization hit me and I was proved wrong. She was the one waking me up but I wouldn't even budge from my place.

"Ok ok i know that you woke up early and i was the one who was late that does not mean you will boss around. Now go aside and let me go take a shower and just see my speed. I will come out and be ready within 10 minutes." And before she could say anything, I went to the cupboard and picked up whatever I saw first.

"I was thinking of taking a shower. If you don't mind can you wait outside Aarsh?"

"Don't kid around, sanvi. We are already going to be late if you dont so your stuff fast. Now gooo?" She said.

"As your wish, majesty." And with that i ran to get a shower.

She was waiting for me in the living room for half an hour. "Sanvi...sanvi.... how much time more. We only have half an hour left-"

"Oh my my.... someone is waiting for me haan? Wow wh-"

"Can we talk in the car if you don't mind?" She said without even looking at me.

"Ok fine!" I said because i had no other option.

After sitting in the car i took a proper look at her. Open hair, a black crop top and jeans and a scarf on her neck.

"Ready?"

"Yupp. Did I tell you that you are looking good today?-"

"Nope." She said while starting the car.

I said completing my sentence, "-For the first time. Lol. If any boy will come to bully us then i might think that he will not bully you. Am i right?"

"San! I told you to stop talking or thinking about that. Nothing will happen to us. No one will bully us. And by the way even you are looking cute. I mean just look at you. A loose bun, black hoodie, jeans. You look quite good than me. I think that the most beautiful girl in college will feel jeleous about you."

"Oh hell no! I dont want someone to be my enemy just at the first day of college."

"Yeah. I know, right."

I was so excited as it was our first day at college. We would have so much fun. But one thing was still revolving in the corner of my mind and that was "bullying". I was seriously afraid. I dont know why the hell I was so afraid of this thing but.... And as we were freshers there were more chance of us to be bullied.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: Hey guys!!! I am so happy about writing for u all. This was the first chapter. And i seriously don't know how and when this story will end as frankly speaking i am just 16 so i meant that i am still not in the college so i dont know the culture but i will try my level best to complete this story. We will just go with the flow and if you all have any ideas for the story then please do PM me.

I don't know when ch 2 will be posted as i have other things to do but i will try to keep u all updated with new parts.
