1 Prologue

The world of Napalm has been in chaos for a almost two centuries, when the immortal king has declared himself the King of Napalm, following his defeat of the last King.

King Randle, the King and ruler of Napalm, a world which consists of seven kingdoms. He sits in the throne kingdom of Barbit. He reigned and ruled the world peacefully and all the people respects and loves him, a king for the people, humble and always caring.

He have loyal advisers and a Duke/Duchess are assigned to each of the seven kingdoms, they help him in his decisions and help him unite and run Napalm peacefully.

The king, after all, is still a human and one day, he made a choice. A choice that altered his destiny and Napalm. Others may have considered it as a bad choice. He met and fell in love with a summoner named Jasmine and their love was unconditional and everlasting. They eventually wed and Jasmine was declared Queen of the Kingdom of Barbit and of Napalm. And from that moment on, worst things have happened in Napalm. Plants began to wither, the fishes were mostly gone, no rain came, animals started to flee, 3 dukes were murdered, as darkness filled the whole kingdom. Some of the King's advisers and the people of Napalm begin to realize that his wedding with the summoner was tabooed and cursed.

Unwary to the King, this events took place as certain darkness begin to stir, and begun engulfing the whole of Napalm. The darkness has manipulated a sorcerer named Tassi. Tassi gave in with Darkness as he himself longed to have power and understood that through this darkness he will reign forever with vast power. So, Tassi went to Barbit and begun preaching and telling the people that their suspicions about the Queen was true. Thus, eventually, the people begun to despise the Queen and also all the summoners. Summoners were persecuted and some who survived decided to go underground and hide from the cruelties they are experiencing, since they do not want to harm the people of Napalm. Tassi was told by the darkness that through the espers, he can have eternal life and power. He commanded the people to burn their temples to forever rid the world with summoners.

Darkness has indeed engulfed Napalm, people began to lose faith to the king as he refuse to acknowledge the fact about his wife. Tassi, told the people of Napalm that their kingdom can be restored, if Queen Jasmine will be sacrificed to the espers. The people of Napalm believe the words of the sorcerer. The King, refusing to sacrifice his beloved, did all his best to escape with his wife. Expecting this moved by the king, they were captured by Tassi.

Preparations for the sacrificial offering of Queen Jasmine were made. But Tassi have other plans, he began an ancient ritual, a ritual wherein he can make himself powerful and immortal through the power of the summoner. He manipulated all the espers gathered by Queen Jasmine, drained their powers and through his learnings in the darkness, cantered an incantation making himself immortal and powerful. Jasmine realizing this ritual made one last effort to save one last esper, the Phoenix and thus, sacrificing herself for this one last hope of light. The queen vanished and the king devastated to what has happened, lost the will to die, vanished also. But before his last breath, the king mentioned that one day a new king will be reborn and will restore the kingdom as he has promised before. Tassi manipulated the plants, animals and the weather, he made the kingdom prosper again. After the king's death, Tassi was declared ruler of the Kingdom of Napalm. The prosperity was just an act as Tassi revealed his true intentions, to rule Napalm for eternity, thus, darkness began to creep and he ordered all the people to obey him and him alone. His evil laugh was heard in the whole Kingdom.

Two centuries have pasted and the Immortal King still sits in the throne ruling and dictating the whole Kingdom. People have been used to this, but others still believe that one day they will be freed.

Darkness is continuously spreading the world but again perhaps a light will ignite and the last words of the king will come true.
