2 Chapter 2

Timmy, or Ye Han from that day, was walking through the hallway, with many people looking at him like he doesn't belong here.

Ye Han sighed as he walked towards the library and said in his head "Even without reading their thoughts, I can tell what they are thinking. No matter which world, all humans are the same."

He arrived at the library and a guard looked at him. He clicked his tongue and opened the door. When Ye Han entered the library, he was met by an elder with a long beard and moustache.

He looked at Ye Han from top to bottom and said "You can browse through the first floor, as for the rest two floors, they aren't meant for outsiders like you."

Ye Han didn't even look at him and went straight to the section which had the details of the geography of the city. There wasn't much knowledge in the library that was useful to him. Now, all he wanted was a secluded place to train and since the main character, Nie Li, didn't know much about this in his first life, Ye Han had to find one himself.

He scanned through the books, which had info about the park or the Holy Orchid Institute. They obviously wouldn't keep sensitive information like the detailed plan of the city in the first floor, where the security is less.

As Ye Han went through the information, he found a detail about the Holy Orchid Institute and the training ground of the institute. With the permission of some higher ups, he can get into the ground without even being a student of the institute.

Usually, the age to join the Holy Orchid Institute is 12. Since Ye Hong is only 10 years old, he will have to request his adopted father Ye Zong.

He could train in the family training grounds, but he was given a devil fruit and he didn't want anyone seeing him use it, not when he is small and doesn't have a demon spirit.

"Secluded place check. Now for the serum, since the cultivation world is filled with weird and crazy plants, I should b able to make it in a week." he said to himself and placed the books back where they belong.

He then walked out and the librarian looked at Ye Han once and said in a low tone "He is leaving early. He probably doesn't even know how to read. I don't know what master Ye Zong was thinking when he brought this brat."

Since Ye Han had already received the knowledge of medicinal plants of Nie Li, he knew how they acted and could predict which chemical they had. He had to test them out and develop the serum.

Ye Han then walked to Ye Zong's room. There were two maids outside, who looked at Ye Han and asked "What do you want young master Ye Han?" in a polite tone, but anyone can clearly tell that they didn't respect Ye Han one bit.

Ye Han replied "I would like to meet father." which pissed them off, as they didn't like how Ye Han was brought to the house and adopted. They turned to the door and knocked in it slowly as she said "Master Ye Zong, young master Ye Han wants to meet you."

"Send him in" Ye Zong said from the other side and the maid opened the door for me. I entered the room and found Ye Zong looking at some book and a pill in his hand.

Ye Han looked at the pill and could recognise it. It was the body cleansing pill used to get rid of the toxins in a cultivator's body that build up due to pills used for cultivation. It is a very important pill for those above the Gold rank spiritualist, as they would need a lot of pills to move to the next rank.

"What do you want?" Ye Zong asked without even looking at Ye Han. Ye Han replied "I would like to train in the training grounds of the Holy Orchid Institute."

This made Ye Zong immediately raise his head and looked at Ye Han as he asked "What made you want to go there? You can train in the family training grounds."

"I need experience more than cultivation, which can be obtained only in the wild. So, I came come to this decision." Ye Han said and Ye Zong thought for a while before replying "Fine, I will talk to the principal about this. Remember Ye Han, although you need to become strong fast, you should also know that cultivation also requires patience. If you rush up in cultivation, you might end up damaging your meridians and also die."

"I will keep that in mind father." I said and left the room. "With that, I have everything ready." Ye Han said to himself as he walked out of the building and admired the weather outside.

It wasn't hot, not cold. The perfect warmth with the leaves dancing to the wind and the smell of the soil as the gardener waters the plants.

Ye Han sat down near a tree and closed his eyes as he enjoyed the nature, which was hard to find in his previous planet.

He took a deep breathe and smelt the sweet scent of flowers, which was weird, as he wasn't close to any flowers.

He opened his eyes and found two big lavender eyes right in front of his face, staring at him. Ye Han moved slightly to his left and the eyes moved back, revealing the owner of the eyes.

Ye Han found a round face with neck length purple hair. "Awww....she is cute." Ye Han said in his head and waited for her to talk.

She handed out a flower to Ye Han and said with a small smile on her face "Hello brother, I am Ye Ziyun. Father asked me to introduce myself to you."

Ye Han smiled back at her and said "Nice to meet you Ziyun." and they both looked at each other for a while. Ye Han asked "Do you want to say something else?" and she shook her head and said "No, I will not disturb brother then."

She got up and was about to leave when Ye Han called out for her and said "Ziyun, if you don't have anything to do, we both can talk for a while." and this made Ye Ziyun turn back with a bright smile on her face.

Ye Han could easily tell by her eyes that she was feeling lonely. He wanted to help her, and it could also help kill his boredom, as he had to wait for Ye Zong to send a letter to the principal and it would take a while.

Since he also didn't have anyone to talk to, he decided to talk to her a little. Ye Ziyun sat beside Ye Han immediately, but maintained her distance and they both talked for two hours. At first Ye Han only wanted to do this for 10 mins or so, but seeing how the little girl was enjoying it, he couldn't bring himself to stop the conversation.

"I think she had a friend when she was small. wasn't she the other character from the show, Xiao Ning'er. I still remember the frustration when I read about her interaction with Nie Li. Every incident involving Nie Li and Xiao Ning'er and Nie Li reminded me of Naruto and Sakura. Nie Li looked like the male version of Sakura." Ye Han said in his head and he asked the girl "Ziyun, don't you have any friends?"

She became gloomy and said "I don't know why, but she only visits me occassionally now a days. Before, we used to be best friends and played together everyday."

Ye Han ruffled her hair and said "Then don't worry, you have a brother who will play with you." and her face lit up again.

Then, a maid came to me and said "Young master, master Ye Zong has sent you this letter." and handed me the letter, leaving immediately.

Ye Han reads the contents and says to Ye Ziyun "Ziyun, brother has some work to do. I will play with you after I come back."

"Ok. I will wait for brother." she said with a cute smile that was enough to stab his heart. Ye Han said in his head "Ok, I guess having a sister isn't that bad as what others say."

Timmy was a single child and didn't have siblings. He heard from others as to how annoying it is to have a sister. So, seeing that it wasn't bad, he easily accepted Ziyun as his sister.

Ye Han got the permission to enter the training grounds and he was walking to the training grounds with the permission letter in his hand.

He arrived before two huge gates that marked the entrance of the training ground. He handed the letter to a guard and the guard read it.

He gave Ye Han a look and sighed before saying "Remember, you won't have anyone to help you inside the grounds. So, it is better you don't go too deep into the training grounds."

Ye Han nodded but decided to completely ignore his words, as he had to search for herbs and didn't know if he will be able to find them near the entrance.

The gate opened slightly, enough for Ye Han to enter and closed after he entered. He looked around and saw a completely new world. There were trees, plants bushes, weird fruits, weird birds and weird noises.

Since the plants and animals of this world are different from the ones Timmy saw in his world, so it was a completely new world for him.

He walked around as he looked for the plants he needed. Nie Li knew the effects of many plants and Timmy knew how a chemical behaved. So, he could relate the chemicals he knew with the new science of the world.

There were many chemicals he needed and many more to extract the desired chemicals in their purest form. As he was walking around, looking for them, he heard a girl scream "HELP!!!!! SOMEBODY HELP!!!!"

Ye Han, being the fool that he was, ran towards the screams to help her, forgetting the fact that he had just arrived in that world and was a complete weakling.

When he arrived at the scene, he looked at the girl against the tree, with some kind of crossbreed of a goat and a bull stuck in some veins in front of her. It is called the Horned Sheep, as it has two pairs of horns.

The veins around the Horned Sheep weren't doing a good job holding the sheep, as they tore with the sheep's struggle.

Ye Han turned to the girl, who was scared near the tree. She had dark purple hair and was crying as she looked at the sheep almost breaking free from the veins.

Ye Han shouted "Hey, what are you waiting there for? Quickly run." and she looked at Ye Han before she got up and ran towards him.

As she got closer, she got to see Ye Han and said as she ran "Am I destined to die here today? Why is it just a kid?"

"Time to test out my powers." Ye Han said in his head and when the girl arrived at the place where Ye Han was standing, the sheep had already freed itself and was furiously charging towards the girl.

She saw that Ye Han wasn't moving, so she shouted "What are you doing? You will die of you don't run. I now feel guilty for calling out for help. I might end up killing a kid."

Ye Han ignored her and was more focused on the changes he was feeling inside his body. He could feel that there was some power he had and his body could change.

As he concentrated on the feeling, the girl pulled Ye Han with her as she ran desperately from the sheep. She shouted to the sheep "I am sorry I disturbed you. Can we forget about it and go back to what you were doing?" which obviously didn't get to the sheep's head.

Ye Han then suddenly opened his eyes and freed himself from the girl's grasp. He stared at the sheep and ignoring the girl's constant shouts to run, he bent down and placed his hand on the ground.

Weird black flames originated from his hand and spread outwards in a circle. The girl immediately backed off, but the sheep charged mindlessly.

Only when it got close, did its sixth sense work and alert it of some form of danger, but it was too late. It was already in the dark circle around Ye Han and there was a force pulling it inside the flames.

The plants nearby also weren't spared. The girl was shocked to see the weird flames suck up everything around it and in a few moments, the Horned Sheep was sucked in.

Ye Han got up and he suddenly started to feel weird. Seeing him wobble, the girl came to him and helped him stand. She said "Thank you for saving me. I don't want to sound rude, but couldn't you have done that before itself, instead of making us run all over the jungle. Anyways, I am Yang Xin."

"Ye Han. I would like to rest for a while as I feel weak. Can you take care of me till then." and he immediately list conscious in the arms of the shocked Yang Xin, who was shocked to hear the name 'Ye' which is of the Snow wind Family.

(Now, I would like to clear the age of the characters that appeared till now. Ye Han is 10, Ye Ziyun is 3 and Yang Xin is 15. As for Ye Zong, no one knows his age.)
