Automatic drawing is an art creation method where the drawer suppresses all conscious decisions whilst drawing. They leave everything up to their unconscious mind and can just let loose. For many, this is an extremely relaxing and meditative activity as there is no need to conform yourself to any specific art styles or "rules."
