It took some time before he could come back to his senses and when he did, he seemed to standing in some golden pond, the feeling was refreshing, and a torrent of the golden liquid rushed out of the gate, the only thing he felt was every part of his body chearing, even the Tortoise Longevity Art seemed to be excited.

But that was not all, the wounds on his body seemed to be vanishing fast, as for his Realm, it jumped instantly, reaching the stage of Nivarna. 

But things obviously would not be that simple, otherwise everyone would just pile up resources and reach this stage.
