Prologue

The world felt quiet. Not physically but as if a giant invisible hand was smothering each and every sound. The ones behind this feat were sitting in a large dark chamber. Nine thrones sat in a semi-circle and the beings within them were terrifying. Their very presence could rip you apart, atom by atom, molecule by molecule. Painfully slow.

But one chair was empty. it was devoid of any presence. One of the beings spoke. "She is gone. How do we deal with this issue?" He boomed. The other beings stayed silent. "She will reincarnate. We must believe this." Another being spoke.

"Hmph. But when?" Another being whispered. There was no answer. A great darkness would soon rise. The beings had no choice but to hope. To hope and wait for their beloved friend and fellow god to come back. No matter the form they chose.

Far, far, away, a young boy began his ascension to godhood. Of course this boy thought he was ordinary like everyone in this dimension yet there was an aura of calm around him. And his eyes carried a degree of intelligence that didn't seem to fit with a 5 year old. And as his power grew, so did the attention being drawn to him.

Creatures of old woke from the very depths of hell, feeling a disturbance in the fabric of magical reality on all planes of existence.

And most of these dark creatures sought nothing but a meal. A meal and sick entertainment. For it was in their nature.

Gods and minor gods alike felt it. Some were alarmed as the aura of the child was neither evil or good. It carried a sort of benevolence around it. Other gods rejoiced and sung songs of a hero to the sky and beyond.

But the boy didn't need to know this. At least not yet. He was too young to defend himself. Too young to fight for his life. Too young to feel love.

At least sexual love.

The boy's name was... Kameron.
