Should there be something else in between, like divine city or something.

Empires are in control of some Kingdoms.

Kingdoms are in control of some Cities, and so on.

Cultivation Ranks:

Changing the later ranks of WSSTH because its too confusing, or maybe I should use a different cultivation system. I think I need one smaller, like changing up MGA or maybe I should put a gap between them.

For example, Saint Realm and above are in a completely different realm from the original starting area.
