25 25. Aftermath

He ran towards his room and for a bath. He reached home using the window and went to the bathroom, he applied every cleaning product in the bathroom on his hand but nothing worked. He had a honey bottle in the room also so he applied that also but nothing helps.

Everything happens in the seconds, dale didn't get time to think then. He is in the bathroom now cleaning his body. He removed all body lotion. He also had some burn but not that high, lotion defended him right.

Dale knows this will be hard on future Alpha, he needs herbs for this, but if Dale gives him too much quantity then he will use them in against the next attack.

Dale took a little quantity of herbs and folded it in the paper and folded that paper in the plastic bag. He changed his dress and went towards the ninth combat ring, generally all F4 play in this ring.

Dale found the person he wanted to, "Micheal". Michael was totally fresh, looks like he has not participated in any combat yet. Cody gets close to Micheal and whispers, "He needs your help". Micheal was too engaged watching combat he didn't realized someone too close to him until he heard those words.

Micheal gets alert, he stares at the person whose voice he heard. Dale started walking away from ground after a few seconds, Micheal got a hint and started to follow Dale.

Dale stopped in a few steps, not too away from the crowd but enough away so no one can hear. He took the packet out and offered it to Micheal and said, "He needs this, probably he will be in his room."

Micheal, "Is it serious ?"

Dale, "You need to hurry and ask him if you have questions."

Micheal got the point, he started to run and used the window to enter the room. Cody heard and smelled him before he could enter the room, Cody was in the room near bed, he grabbed a bed-sheet and covered his hand.

Micheal offered a packet to Cody and said, "That doctor kid gave this."

Cody knew exactly what it was, so he accepted it and asked Micheal to leave. Before Micheal will argue Cody gave him a promise that he will talk to him about this whole situation but right now he is not in the right situation.

After Micheal's exit, Cody opened the packet, it was less than one leaf quantity. He cut that leaf in half and put it into the small dish. His hand was burning but he had to endure it. He packed the remaining half portion as before and kept it in a drawer. He crushed that leaf and mixed it with body oil and then applied it on burns. That is how the small quantity covered more ground. He decided if the burn still gets unbearable then he will use the remaining portion. He was counting on his Alpha healing power, he will heal with this quantity. He don;t have many options.

Cody knows he can;t leave without his divine self, his wolf is ready to die but he wants to be with his "mate". And Cody was too weak to handle his wolf. And its Alpha wolf he holds the Alpha power.

Cody decided to neglect the situation and take rest. He wants to control his situation until Monday, there is only Sunday between. Monday is his birthday, the transition day. All rituals will start from that day and hopefully he will find his "Mate". Generally it takes a year for Alpha to become fully authorized Alpha, one year is training year. But Cody pack has started training him from age sixteen, so he is trained, all rituals will take a week. But all elders will decide if he is worthy or not and then he will be crowned as Alpha.

So Cody needs to survive just Sunday.
