"Dan-ah, wake up now. You have rehearsals today for your performance in France next month."

Seo Dan was awakened by her mother's voice. It's been a year since Seung-jun left. And the fact that he left without her knowledge still left a scar in her heart. She still remembered the day that he almost died.

"Seung-jun-ah please fight. Please."

"Maam, you have to stay outside. We have to perform the operation immediately."

She waited until the operation was over. Her mother and uncle came a few moments after. 2 hours have gone and the operation was still not done. She saw some nurses coming out of the operation room and asked them.

"What is going on? Where is he?"

"Maam we have to hurry and get more blood. He have lost a lot of it."

Then the nurses sprinted off. She started crying again and her mom hugged her.

"Dan-ah, everything will be alright. He will be alright. Let's just wait until the operation is done."

"Eo---eomma"

An hour after, the doctor said that the operation was successful but Seung-jun still needs to be monitored because some of the bullets hit his internal organs. Dan felt relieved and happy. She was there with him and watched for him. She waited until Seung-jun wakes up. But the moment he woke up, she wasn't there. She was called by her mother because of an urgent matter. But when she came back, Seung-jun was in his bed no more. The nurses told her that they haven't seen him. And when she tried to find him, she received a call.

"Seo Dan-ssi."

It was him. It was Gu Seung Jun.

"Yah! Where are you? Why did you walk away? You're not completely healed. Come back now." She was crying while saying those things. She was afraid that he might leave without telling her. She was afraid to lose him.

"Seo Dan-ssi, I'm leaving now. Don't worry about me anymore."

Her tears can't stop escaping from her eyes. She's not going to see him for a long time again.

"Please don't cry Seo Dan-ssi. I already bought a ticket to Europe and continue my medication there. Please stay healthy Seo Dan-ssi."

She cried even more and cannot even utter a single word.

"Seo Dan-ssi, wait for me okay? I will make my life get better and come back to you. We will still watch the flowers bloom."

"I---- i wi---ll wait for yo--u Gu Seung-jun. I will wait no matter how long it is."

"Saranghae Dan-ssi"

He ended the call immediately. Dan was outside the hospital and crying.

"Saranghae Seung-jun. Nado Saranghae."

Her mother saw her outside and came to her with wide arms. She cried on her mother's shoulder. She cried all day and night after he left. Her mother was there for her everytime. Even her uncle tried to make her feel better. She wasn't eating much and already losing weight. She was like that for the first two months since Seung-jun left. Until one day, she walked out of her room.

"Eomma, he is going to make his life better. I should make my life better too. I will wait for him and make my life better at the same time."

"That's my Dan. I'm so proud of you."

"Seung-jun-ah, the flowers are already blooming and I'm still waiting for you to come back. I miss you."

She was walking on the bridge where she remembered their first kiss happened.

"The weather is so nice today. I wonder what you're doing now Seung-jun-ah."

She proceeded immediately to the place where she will be rehearsing for her performance in France next month. She is also part of the nation's orchestra with Ri Jeong Hyeok. They have been performing in places all over the world.

"Seo Dan-ssi, you're here. I'm done rehearsing and you should start yours now. We have to perform greatly on our next destination. Good luck."

"Thank you, Jeong Hyeok-ssi. I will do my best."

"Okay. Hwaiting."

Jeong Hyeok left and she started practicing her piece.
