Book 1 - The Rose-Red Tyrant: Chapter 24; An Unhinged Perfect

The screen turns on as the chapter title plays "Chapter - 24; An Unhinged Perfect".

A small recap is played first. As Crowley instead of stepping up just shouts again "Cease immediately, Mr. Rosehearts!" Then offering some helpful information he shouts "Any further attempt to use magic will leave your magestone completely tainted with blot!" Yuu thinks 'Blot?' But Riddle's face is back to being red due to anger as he shouts, completely having lost his mind "But… I'm right! I'M the one who's right! There is NO! POSSIBLE! ALTERNATIVE!" Trey has had enough of this as he shouts at Riddle "Riddle, stop!"

Now Yuu got the same flat red background vision as the black liquid isn't just a couple of drops this time, no it blacks out the entire screen and her field of vision. The black cuts away to show a light shining on one of the magic pens.

It's mainly black with some gold, the main attention attracting this is the red gem in the middle with the gold outlining it, making it almost seem like a red mirror. Then on the top is the push point which has a golden crown design to it.

The black drops once again start to cover the screen but it leaves the middle part with the gemstone seeable the longest. And as the black liquid drops starts to fall, the red gems slowly gets stained black. Until it's no longer visible and the black liquid entirely covers everything, but it wipes away and reveals the same magic pen but now the gemstone is entirely black.

It is only then that she's brought back to the present as she sees Riddle getting covered with the same black before it slowly recedes and instead forms something behind him. But just like the gemstone, Riddle's appearance had changed as well.

His crown had turned black and more prickly. Over his right eyes in black ink is what seems to be a tattoo in some kinda heart shape with the inside being a mess pattern, and there's some kinda red fire that covers that eye, most likely a physical manifestation of magic. On his neck in that same black ink is what appears to be a choker tattoo with the center attraction being in the shape of a heart. Then entirely of ink behind him was a high collar showing what would normally only be the bones of that kinda collar. He had inky torn up glove hands. There was a large over off-white collar that led down into the main outfit. The collar led into the heart which now instead of being gold was mostly black and divided into only two sections. The left was red, and the red went all the way down to that sleeve and the right was black inside of the heart but then had a little red section before having the black sleeve. Below that was another half red and black separation, but this time the black was on the left and the red on the right side. There were two black belts that went around his upper waist in a crossing order. Then on his actual waist there were flowers, black at the top but fading into white. There seemed to be at the back vines connected to roses, but they fell into being playing black cards, with the colors on the right having white details while the left had red details. But the flowers also connected to the over half skirt, also in half and half color. The left being red and the right being a black-gray. The left red side appeared to flow down more into a longer section while the right instead appeared to be old and torn up. There were also playing cards lining the half skirt. The cards were pitch black in color, with the needed symbols on the right being blood red and on the left being a pure white. His pants were black and the shoes were now almost skin tight but a lot more edgy and battle ready then his previous ones.

Yuu mentally shouted 'Did his whole body just change?!' As she shouted out the observation "A dark aura is flowing out of him!"

There was an echo to his voice as he laughed twistedly. Whatever happened to him seemed to have added that echo not only to his laugh but also just to his voice as it was still there as he shouted "You are fools to defy me! You are not welcome in my world. In my world, I am the law. I am order made manifest! The only response I will accept from you is "Yes, Housewarden Riddle!" All who defy me will lose their heads!" He then laughs joyously, with a big smile on his face.

The headmage seems to be sulking as he says "Dear me, what have I done? I've allowed a student to overblot in my presence!" Grim then asks in a panic ""Overblot"? What does that mean?!" The headmage tells them "Overblot is a dangerous condition that mages must avoid at all costs. At the moment, he is overcome by negative energy, and has lost control over his magic and emotions."

But Grim is still confused as he asks again "Okay, sure…but what does that mean?" Deuce is also in a confused panic as he backs up Grim "Please explain!" Cater now in their little panic circle tells them "To put it in layman's terms, he's in evil berserker mode!" Trey also puts forward a bit more about the severity of the situation telling them "If he keeps releasing magical energy, we could be looking at a loss of life here–his included." Grim hearing that screams "UH, WHAT?!"

Crowley then tells them "The well-being of my students is my top priority. Therefore, I must evacuate them immediately. As for Mr. Rosehearts, we must restore his consciousness before his magical energy runs dry. For as bad as losing him would be, there are scenarios that are far worse…" The headmage looks down for a second before telling them "Listen well: I need all of you to seek help from the other housewardens and members of the faculty."

But Ace is not listening and instead sends a blast of wind magic at the overblotted Riddle shouting "Hiiiyah! Take that!"

This makes the headmage, Trey, and Cater yell out "Huh?!"

But just then Deuce joins Ace on battling the overblotted Riddle as he shouts his spell "I summon thee, cauldron!" A cauldron then falls on the overblotted Riddle. Grim then joins in, sending his fire magic into the fray shouting "Myah?!" as he cast it.

But this attracts the attention of the overblot as Riddle questions "What do you fools think you're doing?"

Cater then shouts in a panic trying to help calm himself "Um, hello?! 911? We've got an idiot emergency!"

But Grim just shouts back at them their logic "You DID hear that part about how repeal bad things are happenin' with him, right?!" Deuce continues Grim's explanation "That's why we need to stop him now! I don't want that on my conscience!" Ace also snaps back "And I'm not given' up till I hear him say "I was wrong and I'm sorry.``!'' Trey sighs but in sight of their determination tells them "All right, let's do this. I can overwrite his magic for a little longer. In the meantime, do what you can!"

He then turns to the headmage and tells him "Headmage, please evacuate the other students!" The headmage shouts at them "Wait! This is dangerous!" Cater is on the headmage's side with this as he asks "Are you S-R-S, Trey? You can't beat Riddle!"

But Ace, hearing this, asks Cater "So what, you're not even gonna fight unless you KNOW you can win?" Grim nods and says "Yeah, he's right. That's weak." Deuce then continues with "This is the only way we can think of to snap him out of this!"

Trey is now entirely on the fighting side as he says "Yeah… I don't want to lose him. There's too many things I've left unsaid."

Yuu was already on the fighting ones side, but was ignoring most other things to think of plan, that would allow them to win. She thinks for a second 'We just have to do this, whatever it takes!' So she shouts out the beginning most part of the plan to stop him "Combine your powers to stop Riddle!"

Cater finally joins them as he shouts "Ugh, I do NOT like or subscribe to this, but fine!"

The headmage finally agrees to let them do this, seeing the look and fire in their eyes. He exclaims "Ngh… I'll be back as soon as I've gotten the students to safety. Stand firm until then!"

The overblot Riddle seemed to have been listening in as it shouts at them "Such defiance, from every last one of you! I shall take all of your heads!"

The headmage had just left to start helping the students, and as Trey looks at Riddle he tells them "Riddle's body can't take much more of this. We need to stop him before it's too late!"

They then go into battle, with Yuu giving them instructions for whenever she's able to see an opening, and trying to get close enough to land an attack herself.

As the screen fades to black with "To be continued" showing before it fully turns off.
