Kim Taehyung was standing by a sign near a train station, where he was waiting for his friends to show up. He was scrolling through an app on his phone, when he heard a car pull up next to him. Looking up at the car, he saw two of his friends.

TH: "Seokjin, Yoongi!"

SJ: "Heyyyy-!"

While the three of them hugged and greeted each other, two other boys approached them from the train station.

???: "Hey guys! Whassup?!"

TH: "Jimin! Jungkook! Great to see you again!"

JM: "YAH! Long time no see!"

SJ: "Only two left before we are ready to go."

???: "We're here now! We all ready?"

They looked up at the two who had just arrived. Namjoon and Hoseok. They joined the others and did a group hug all together.

SJ: "So? Shall we take our leave now?"

JM: "Yes! Let's go! I can't wait!"

HS: "Me neither!"

Jimin and Hoseok were standing together with Jungkook between them, who had his arms around their shoulders. Taehyung came up to them as the other three loaded the car with their stuff.

TH: "You excited to spend a whole two weeks together?"

HS: "Hell yeah! It's been way too long time since we've spent some quality time together."

JM: "It's a big place, near the national park right?"

HS: "Yeah! And there are so many things to do and explore there. They have many planned trips too."

JK:"I want to swim in the big lake. I heard you could cliff dive there."

TH: "Oh Yeah! That's right! Me too me too!"

JM: "We should go all together."

TH: "I'm sure Seokjin-hyung will be scared of jumping."

SJ: "What did you say about me?! I heard my name!"

The others started laughing at Seokjin's reaction.

JK: "We were just saying that you'd be too scared to join us on the cliff diving."

SJ: "Oh yeah?! I bet I will jump fearlessly, and then I'll be the one to laugh at you!"

JK: "Yeah yeah let's see."

Jungkook smirked playfully at Jin.

YG: "We're ready to go!"

The car, or rather the small van was loaded and they all hopped in. Jin was going to drive them part of the way, and then Hoseok would take over later. The first part of the trip went smoothly. They were singing, playing games, chatting and having loads of fun. After a few hours they reached a small gas station where they stopped for some time. Taehyung and Hoseok went into the shop to buy some coke and sprite for the rest. When they felt refreshed they returned to the car and continued their journey. The three youngest were on the back seats together, Yoongi and Jin together on the second row of seats, and Namjoon beside Hoseok who was now driving.

JM: "How far left?! It feels like we've been driving for weeks!"

NJ: "Patience, Jimin, patience. We're supposed to drive for at least another hour before arriving."

Jimin made a pouty face which made everyone smile or giggle at him.

YG: "Is it just me, or did it suddenly get very dark?"

They all looked out of the windows for a moment.

NJ: "No. It's not just you. Maybe there'll be a storm soon. Hoseok, is it possible to drive just a tiny bit faster? We wouldn't want to get chought up in a storm."

HS: "I'll do my best, but I won't exceed the speed limit in case someone sees us."

*Bzzzzt...*

The GPS tuned off and the car stopped.

Everyone: "..."

NJ: "What.. just happened...?"

No one moved. They could hear the muffled sound of the wind blowing outside. It was dark. Besides the dark clouds above them, the fact that they were in the middle of a dense forest made everything even darker.

JM: "I don't like this."

TH: "Me neither."

HS: "The car won't start. Someone try calling for help."

SJ: "No data. It doesn't work."

JM: "This is starting to creep me out."

A loud rumble from above made them all jump. Not long after, rain poured heavily down around them. Even through the trees, the rain was very heavy. A lighting cut through the sky, before another rumble followed.

Again.

And again.

And again...

They didn't know how long they had been waiting in the car when Jungkook finally broke the silence.

JK: "Look."

Looking in the direction he was pointing, they saw a tiny speck of light in the distance. A small zzzt sounded, and they all looked up as the light in the car turned on.

NJ: "Okay...? Hoseok, does the car work now?"

No reaction.

HS: "Nope."

TH: "Does the front lights work?"

*Flash*

HS: "Yeah."

TH: "Maybe I could go up to the light and see what it is. Cuz if it's a house we might be able to ask for shelter."

HS: "I'll come with you then."

NJ: "Are you sure it's a good idea to leave the car. What if the light turns off. You won't be able to find your way back then."

TH: "Don't worry. We'll be alright. We're the two of us together. And it's best to try because I don't want to get stuck in the car. Besides getting stuck, the heaters might not work and we'll end up freezing. If we can get shelter we can stay warm and maybe get some food too. It's worth a try."

NJ: "Fine. Please do remember to stay together, and don't get hurt. Oh, and return immediately if you can't see the light."

With that, the two of them left the car.
