1 Shit Always Happens {One Shot - Short Intro}

In a world beyond our own reality, its populace is ruled by the way of the Dao and along with mental strength came physical power, which could shatter mountains. A golden palace sat atop the tallest mountain in the world. This place was home to the sect known as 'The Golden Reapers,' borne with the task of keeping order in the martial world. They earned their right to be the strongest power in the world and of course, it was attested to their powerful leader. They currently bask in the glory that was their success, with their influences reaching all parts of the world. There was no sect, clan, or even mortal royal family that did not know them.

"High Sceptre, this lowly one would like to know where the emperor is. The lower branches of our reaper clan have not seen him in public for years… This has caused distress!" A man who appeared to be twenty or even less walked into a great hall, before bowing and giving a brief inquiry. His voice held respect and even fear for the person in front of him. At an altar constructed of pure gold, an older man who gave off the feeling of imminent death stood upright. 'Truly an expert,' the young man thought to himself.

"Leave, the god-emperor has no obligations to appear before them." The old man's stern voice was backed with his imposing aura, almost too frightening for the young man to withstand. He was close to blacking out truthfully when suddenly an explosive shockwave disturbed their conversation. The building immediately began to crumble as a golden light enveloped everything within seconds.

----A few hours earlier

A man with a full head of silver hair appeared on the balcony of a room at the very top of the Reaper palace. His hair, falling to about his shoulder in height. He seemed to be in his forties, however, his eyes expressed an age exceeding the thousands. With a sigh, the man walked into the room only to be greeted by three servants. They bowed deeply before leaving to the room promptly.

"Haha! Axius why is it everyone runs from you? Is it because your face is too scary? Maybe you should give them a cute smile like you gave to that girl back in your youth. Maybe they'll scream and run faster." A sword appeared at the waist of Axius and spoke. He didn't reply to the sword, but it clearly annoyed him.

He walked to the other end of the room and moved to open a door when the sword spoke again. "Hey hey, gotta take a shit again? See that's what you get for not listening to me and eating random cultivation pills. Hahaha!! I can't stop laughing." The sword hummed uncontrollably as if to express how amused it was. Axius' expression became grimly sullen, even his hair seemed just a little greyer than before. He grabbed the sword and with one stroke tossed it out the way he entered, it streaked across the sky like a shooting star.

His efforts, however, were pointless and with a flash of cyan light, the sword was on his waist again. "You know that doesn't work you cheeky old bastard. Now go take the crap you want so bad." In a state of defeat and torment, Axius walked into the bathroom and began his business. Everything was smooth at first and going well down there. But, suddenly the sword spoke out, "Hey old goat, look what I can do! I was meditating on my new realm as a divine sword last night. I found this cool move, wait for it holy shi-"

It was cut short by what felt like time coming to a stop. The sword floated to the front of Axius, who was frozen in time on the toilet. With no way to move even with near godly might, he was forced to watch his sword slowly twirl in the air. He couldn't even finish using the bathroom, after having held it in for three months. Even as a half-god this was an injustice, but his remorse would be met with silence as his sword continued to hover before him.

The sword began to speed up after a few moments and generate a golden light which devoured the room and expanded out at a monstrous speed. Soon the whole palace was consumed. The only thought that escaped Axius' mind as the light invaded his every pore was 'I hate this sword'.

Within the modern world…

It was a sunny day in Central Africa when a massive golden palace appeared above the clouds. The palaces appearance caused a frenzy throughout the world. Media outlets swarmed to cover the sudden coming of what many people of Central African Republic called 'Judgment'. Religious groups journeyed to the country in order to pray and pay homage to their gods. All of this took place below the palace, however, others such as world governments moved to stop these mass pilgrimages.

For all they knew, this object was invading the planet and could not be allowed to exist, if it posed a threat to the human race. Military deployment was readily approved by the UN and within what seemed to be months the Central African Republic and its neighbors became host to military powers from all over the world. Bases were quickly constructed at this new battlefront, while other groups such as scientists and media tried contacting the strange structure.

From the moment it appeared, many attempts were made to get close to or even observe the phenomenon now code-named 'Judgement'. However, anything from drones, to manned planes, and jets would go offline once close to it. Satellite imagining could only capture the exterior and thermal scans. Classified data showed that once anything got close to the object, the heat signatures would spike to near a million degrees. This finding stumped many and seemed to relate to the strange force that pushed back and shut off all electrics, which entered the objects' airspace.

Judgment's existence startled the world into realizing that they were not alone anymore in the universe. And they feared now that their neighbors were not of the friendly nature as many world powers pushed for immediate military precautions to be taken. But everything eventually fell into silence as three years passed with no movement from the floating palace, everyone went back to their normal lives disregarded its existence. It seemed to have fallen from the public's' attention as governments made efforts to lock down and isolate information. On March the fourth of 2023, however, the palace fell from the sky.

The impact shattered the continent and this day marked the first day of a new age...
