When the world was thrown into chaos by the appearance of the irregulars -humans that had somehow developped supernatural abilities ,the governments of the world came together to the create IRIS -the Irregular Regulation Incubation Strategum whose purpose was to curb the chaos . Although they accomplished their primary task ,the organization grew corrupt and greedy , leading to the creation of the greatest villain the world has ever know , Trigger .... Mordred is just a guy with a shady past and a dangerous family who is just trying to live an ordinary life , or a life that is as ordinary as an Irregulars can be . But his past keeps surfacing up . Will he be able to face it , or will it lead to the death and destruction of everything and everyone he holds dear .
