2 Chapter 2 - Danger and a new goal
"Yes. That's right"
"By the way" continued Feroy, "System will come in handy for you. I have stored some of the techniques in it. Although I wasn't able to put everything, it should help you in the beginning stages"
"You will now learn everything about cultivating and everything else from us"
Feroy had implanted system with many of his memories, like which people to not get close with and who to avoid.
"As I said, I wanted to learn how to use a scythe but-"

Just as Feroy was about to say something, the whole world turned dark and a crack in the space opened. The rivers stopped flowing and air acted violently. It seems like an unpredictable danger has arrived.
One person came out of the crack, then another, and another. Just after the 5th person came out of it, the distortion closed.
Luan couldn't see them clearly because they were thousands of km away from him.
Three people were men and 2 were women. They wore clothes that were not from Earth. Their appearance was imposing. And a mere look in their eyes could mean a fate worse than death.
"So this is the planet they are at? " Said the muscular guy of that group.
"Yeah, I can still sense their energy. Although it is faint it is still present." The women answered beside him.
"It took us so long to find them and they are now actually in front of us" Other women behind her said.
"Ha? Does this world not have any qi in it? " The person beside the big guy asked in annoyance.
"Stop with the talk and get to work. They may be weak now but they were still the strongest people in the spirit world." The 'man' at the back ordered.
He looked bored.
He was wearing white clothes. He had green eyes that could see through a person's soul with just a look. He looked like he was the youngest but gave off a feeling like he was the strongest out of them.
Hearing him, the other people's expression changed to terror and they politely said, "Yes"
Luan Could almost feel the power they had and the killing intent they possessed. He felt like someone was countering their energy.
It was his parents, they were nullifying the kill intent that came from the people.
"They are here" Said Melia
'Who...Who are those people? "
Luan was scared at the unprecedented power of those immortals.
"Haaa. I guess that's over now."
"By the looks of it, they haven't noticed us so start the plan Melia."
Said Feroy with a bitter expression as he looked at Luan for the last time and teleported several hundred km away from his family and unleashed his kill intent at the people.

The intent matched that of the 5 people combined and it completely suppressed them.
The immortals looked at him and as soon as they realized who the person was, their greed increased as if they have seen some kind of godly treasure in front of them.

"Son. Now we are going to send you to a random world. Do everything you can to survive and create a legend" Said Melia to Luan with warm eyes and a expression he could not understand.
"What about you two? " Luan said worrying for his parents
Melia then proceeded to bit her lip and said, "Don't worry about us"
She then proceeded to make some kind of 'design' on the floor with her finger. Just after it was completed, the runes grew wide with increasing light and sucked Luan into them as he lost consciousness.

"Just how shameless are you guys? 5 people just for 2 immortals who are far from their peak strength. You really are shit, aren't you Ron? " Feroy said in a mocking tone.
"We know just how much of a beast you two are and don't want to take any risk." Ron who looked bored previously said with a curious face while smirking.
"Well enough about that and give us the weapon that we want for so many year- "
Just as he was about to finish his sentence, Feroy launched himself at Ron aand threw a punch. The guy narrowly avoided.
"Don't waste a single second ha? "
Feroy had lost most of his qi and he had just a little left. But, he had learned martial arts and he could still deal a huge amount of damage to his surroundings with just his strength alone.
"Protection array! " Someone shouted, it was Melia who made a formation of runes. She huffed, clearly exhausted.
As soon as she said that, a huge array was created around them that won't let a single thing get out of it.
The immortals' killing intent reached thousands of km in all directions and the people absolutely didn't dare look at the higher beings in eye. everyone of the them died from the pressure and the other survived because they were far, far away from them or outside the protection array. But still sustained serious damage.
The purpose if this array was to give the people extra time to run away even if it was only a little.

Luan didn't know how much time had passed, but he could think clearly. His consciousness was fading away and coming back so he didn't have the right gasp on time. But he knew a few days must have passed. On the bright side, he finally had time to think things through. On the dark side, he was puzzled.
He was in darkness which constantly 'moved' with him at an tremendous speed.
'When did I go wrong? What am I supposed to do now that I don't have anymore? I don't have the will to live anymore.'
Luan had all kinds of thoughts, he was confused why his parents didn't come with him.
But most importantly, he realised that this was the last time he would see his parents. His eyes were swollen, he cried a river of warm tears.
The space around him dressed up in black as if mourning for the loss as well.
In his whole life, this was the first time Luan had experienced such pain and he felt like the whole world was crashing down on him.
He was filled with anger, sadness, confusion, and..
The desire to get revenge.
He has a goal. That is to get strong and so strong that people won't even think of fighting him in thousands of years. He remembered his mother saying, "Survive and create a legend".
He clinched to his scythe and said, "My goal, I must never forget it!"
He wanted to be the strongest.

When he lost consciousness for the last time.
Luan heard birds screaming, cracking noise of the leaves as squirrels roamed around him. As he was slowly waking up, he felt bright light coming on his face.
Luan opened his eyes to a dark forest. The trees were so huge, they seemed to reach the heaven with most of the trees being as dense as 5 to 10 meters in their base.
He was stunned by the place. It was a sight he had never seen before, But as often beauty comes with dangers.
An uninvited guest was coming for him.
'I should get my thoughts together and start doing what's necessary'
Luan wanted to move to a safer place than he currently was.
'I should see what the system can do before planning my next move' Luan thought as he said the words, "System"

The wolf beast wasn't far away from Luan when he arrived. He sensed the amount of qi he had never before in it's life which scared him and he went to hide. But after it noticed that-that energy was gone and the human in front of him had zero qi, he was happy.
'System tell me about this world if you know it'

'Search for the best cultivation technique for mc'

「Sending the breathing technique to the individual's head」
Not long after the system said those words, a sudden burst of information was coming into Luan's head. It was the same as when he got the system but alot weaker.
"Hmm. That's interesting so this is a cultivation technique"
"GRRRR!! "
The wolf who was silently watching Luan was now sure that he was not a threat to him. He was but a human with no cultivation.
The wolf was ready to attack luan with its claws. Before he ran off to Kill him, he let out a roar.
"OH NO! "
Just as the wolf let out it's roar, luan noticed him and immediately knew the danger he was in. He felt death approaching him.
He started running towards a tree to get away from the beast. But the beast had multiple times his speed and by the looks of it, he will catch up with Luan in a few seconds
'Shit, Shit I have to think of getting away! '
Just as he said that, Luan thought of something. He grinded his teeth and he was ready to throw his scythe at the tree that was the closest to him.
Just as he threw the scythe, its tip got stuck on the tree just enough so he can grab it.
Luan jumped and grabbed the scythe, the beast was now only 2 meters away from him. He used all his power and grabbed himself up with the help of the scythe.
The beast could not reach it.
"Huf, huf, huf. That actually worked? I did it" Luan said while he looked at the beast. He could see him clearly. It was a wolf beast, just a little shorter than him. Luan was 132cm tall as for the beast, it was 125cm tall.
"System what is his stats? "

"wha-what do you mean not available? "Luan said in confusion.
「The answer has not been imputed」
Luan was confused. When he heard that 'the answer was not imputed' because he thought that the system was supposed to be an Ai with its own consciousness.
"Is it possible that even you don't know some things? "
「That is clearly possible, as the system will grow with its owner」
"Haa"
While this was happening, the wolf beast was looking at luan like he was insane. Who would talk with themself in a situation like this? Luan was 'sitting' on the scythe which was no more than a few cm wide.
"Well anyway. First, I need to increase my power in a stable position so I can fight that beast."
Luan looked up and he could see small holes all over the tree, he could use this to to climb up.
He then proceeds to climb up while leaving his scythe behind as he could not get it out yet for 2 reasons. First he wanted to have a platform that he could grab if he falls. Second, getting the scythe out will take great strength and if he loses balance, it will definitely be over for him.
It takes him some time to climb to the nearest branch, but he successfully gets there.
the branch itself was over 3 meter thick, and by the looks of it, this wasn't even the thickest branch of the tree.
Luan sits down and starts his breathing exercise.
