9 Unexpected meeting

When the wolves herd Nero's taunts they growled at him showing off their sharp strong fangs. But none tried to move in to attack. They were extremely vigilant of him. All of them had at least had one or two encounters with him so they knew what he was capable of. They knew better than to rush and attack him blindly.

After five min none of them made still dared to make a move.

Nero sighed at this outcome. This was supposed to be his last trail. But this was nothing short of a disappointment. He came here for a fight not a staring contest.

[Nero] {They are too self-conscious to make any move, what a let dawn}

While he was up in his head though he left his grad down for a second. One of the wolfed sensed that Nero was distracted and pounced at him with everything it had. And as if a chine reaction had started four other wolves attacked him complete sink with one ahead of them.

They attacked him from five different directions while the rest sounded him blocking any escape route he could have taken to dodge. They positioned themselves, ready to take advantage of any openings he would make when dealing with the five attackers. It was quite an impressive show of strategy though it was futile in the end.

Armamenting up both of his arms and legs he leaned back avoided the first one going for his head by a pinch. Nero's top speed when he is in his human form is equal to the wolves speed so the other four reached him before he could make any second move. Each one of them were going for one of his limbs. Two for his arms and two for his legs. All four of them baited on to one of his limbs at the same time effectively ping him in place.

Though the Paine was still there thanks to his armament haki their strong jaws and sharp teeth had no much of a damage on him. But even then I could still feel the weight of their bite through his armament. All they could hope to do now was pin him down for the moment and let the others go for his vitals.

Another two jumped into the fray one from the front and another one from the back. Because Nero's body was still bent backward the one in the front was going for his groin and the one in the back was for the nape of his neck.

Nero balanced all his weight on one of his legs. He then slammed the one coming for my groin with the one biting my leg. He then jumped up with his one lag, flipping backward avoiding the one coming from the back.

After landing on the ground with three wolfs still holding on to me. He head bated the one biting his left arm and knead the one biting on his right arm with his now free leg. Both of them passed out and dropped on the ground. He finally gave a chop on the back of the head to the last one that was munching on his leg. Within a fraction of a second, five of his seven assailants were don for the count, and he was free again.

[Nero] "You guys are some smart ass dogs if I did not use haki there you guys would have ripped my limbs right of" he said with a smile

[The wolfs] {GARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR}

[Alfa] {Sir this animals can't comprehend you pressing them will not yield any better result"

[Nero] {(-_-)}

Nero "I never thought I would say this alfa, but only taking to you all the time made me start missing the company of people"

[Alfa] {…..}

[Alfa] {Sir}

[Nero] {What?}

[Alfa] {That was mean sir}

In the six years since he left the city. He spent more than half of that time in deserts, swamps and forests just like this training and mastering his skills. So his only friend to talk to was his soul AI.

[Nero] {I think that is enough training for the time being I want to relax and have some fun}

Nero removed his blindfold from his eyes. He opened his eye for the first time in a year.

[Nero] {Everything is bright and colorful. I never knew that the colors of this world were so bright and mesmerizing like this.] He thought looking up.

Looking over to the pack of wolves he thought.

[Nero] {So this is what you guys look like}

When his eyes met theirs suddenly all of them started to back away feeling a sense of danger. What they were feeling was the natural intimidating aura of his Fanlis side mixed bits of his conqueror haki.

[Nero] "Now that is new"

[Nero] "You guys seem to freer me now even more, is it my eyes?"

[Nero] {It is often said that the eyes are a gateway to the soul and animals are sensitive by nature them elves. Can they see my true form?}

But from there cowering faces he knew I it to be true.

[Nero] "Well it was fun while it lasted. Good by guys" he said that and left

[Nero] {What to do now?}

The last time he was out of the forest I ended up getting an RPG in the face. Granted he was the one intruded on the territory of some unsavory mercenary. The wanted him to leave, he wanted to cross. And one thein led to another and he ended up decimating their base. Even though he did not kill any of them. He left quite a pile of injured bodies in his wake during his temper tantrum. It also the main reason for developing one of his hutsusc "crimson wings" to travel without the needing to deal with stupid peoples

While he was walking back to the small hub that he made in a nearby cave. He suddenly sensed something emitting an insane amount of aura. From the way it felt it belonged to a human and not an animal. But he couldn't be sure there were lots of strong creatures here. There were even some who can use their aura.

[Nero] {If this aura belongs to a human they must be a sickled hunter if they can reach hear?}

An evil grin came over me Nero as he erased his presence went to where the aura was coming from. He wanted to see this person or creature and know who or what they are?

The strong presence was coming from 1km southeast. Nero jumped on a three-branches and dashed forth to where it was coming from. When he reached the place and saw who it was. He extremely surprised. It was none other than one of the greatest hunters in the world [Gin Frecss] and also the father of the protagonist t of the story. He was walking around in the forest like he was in a park taking a stroll

[Nero] {Well he is one of the top hunters in the world so he could take care of himself well}.

Nero followed him around from the tree branches while hiding his presence an hour just to see when he will notice him. Closing in his distance ever so slightly with every opportunity. This was a test not only to gage gins strength but to see how his stealth is against someone of Gin's caliber.

Gin suddenly stopped and said.

Gin "I think that is quite enough of stoking don't you think so?" he said looking at where I was hiding

Nero "dam and here I thought my stealth was on par with those wolves,

Nero "when did you notice me?" I said walking out of the bushes.
