17 Phase one (part 2)

With the false calmer removed from the picture. All of the applicants started to pay attention to what Mr. Satotz was saying again.

[Satotz] "This is a prime example of what you will encounter in the forest. And I can't stress this enough anymore when I say, stay close to me and be aware of your surroundings at all times"

[Satotz] "Now let us begin please all of follow me" and like that we started to running again.

Binge in this vast forest and running in it was fascinating to me. For the past eight years or of my life in this world. I spent most of that time living and training in forests. So this kind of the environment was nothing special. The only thing that drew entrust in me here was the creatures living here. So when the race started I took a detour to explore the place a little beat

(3rd POV)

Nero went out of the grope to go explore the forest for a bite. He wanted to explore it for a while before rejoining the group back at the finishing line. He was not afraid of getting lost since he had the scent of mister satotz. Nonmatter how far he goes as long as he had his sent he could follow it to the ends of the world like a hunting hound.

The nature of the wet lands was very different from the environment he was used to. The fog was dens and you could barely see what is in front of you [not that was a problem for him] Nero was running in the swamp wet land with extreme ease. He was not going in any specific direction. He was looking around for anything intriguing.

The first animal [more like a big insect] he found looked like a mix between a hornet and a dragon fly. This thing was the size of a germen Shepard dong. The unique thing about it was the sound it was making when flapping its wings.

By flapping its wings in a specific tempo and speed. It could mess with human inner ear balance system producing vertigo like effect in its pry. If it was not for Nero's immense training he would have been effected by it. Creatures like this had all ways fascinated him in some way or another.

All that time he spent in the forest made him kind of a nature enthusiast. But this did not mean he will let any attempt on his life by this animals without a little bite of punishment. Nero did not even need to act a mere glance from his eyes made the thing flee for its life. This was a common occurrence everywhere he went. Most of the weaker animals all ways opted to stay away from him.And only the beave or very stupide animals where the ones who only attacked him on occasions.This all ways ended up with them running away after a harsh betting by Nero

Just his intimidating aura was enough to scare the thing away. This outcome disappointed Nero, he was hopping for the thing to do something more interesting than just flee

[Nero] {What a letdown I hop all the creature are not as wimpy as this one} he thought

[Alfa] {I doubt you will find anything to your liking in this environment sir}

[Nero] {Maybe, but we can't know unless we see for ourselves alfa}

He continued running with more speed. He wanted to cover most of the forest before getting back with the group. It took Nero about a 30 minutes or so to explore the forest to his liking before he decided to returns the running party. To his disappointment it was just as alfa said. In an environment based on deception, it was hard to find a brave animal who could waistband Nero's intimidation aura.

It did not take long for Nero to catch up with the rest of the group. But all of a sudden he sensed an intense bloodlust coming from the direction in front of him. When he got there he sow an interesting cine displayed in front of him. It was Hisoka, he was holding Gon by the neck with one hand, strangling the boy while smiling creepily.

[Nero] "You are going to bark the boys neck if you continue squeeze harder than that" he said bringing hisoka from his lust sprout.

[Hisoka] "Ah! Oh ow dearie me, I almost let myself go there" he said

Letting go of Gon he looked at Nero with a smile. Gon on the other hand was on the ground gasping for air. He looked very shocked while looking at Hisoka.

[Hisoka] "I was wandering where have you ben, where you taking a stroll?😈"

[Nero] "Wouldn't you like to know?"

But before Hisoka could replay to Nero something in his pocket started to ring. He pulled out what looked like a custom radio transmuter {wacky-talky}.

{Hisoka we are all most at sight of the second phase you shed get back here ASAP) commanded a voice out of it.

[Hisoka] "Sigh, as much as I want to continue our little chat, I really don't want to go through the hunter exam a 3rd time so I will be going now"

Squatting down to Gone who was on his knees, he said to him.

[Hisoka] "Don't worry about your friend I didn't kill him, and that is because he passed"

[Hisoka] "And you passed ass well, so work hard to become a good hunter" he said with smile.

He walked to the passed out leorio and punted him on his solders.

[Hisoka] "Can you find your way back?"

Gon nodded

[Hisoka] "Good boy" saying that he started to walk away and despaired into the fog

Gon was still on the ground shaking form the mortal fear he had just experienced. He is breathing heavily and his arms are shaking. Nero walked up to him and said to the boy.

[Nero] "First time" (😉😉)

[Gon] "???"

[Nero] "Experiencing moral fear?"

[Gon] "So that is what it was?" with a bite of excitements in his face

[Nero] "??? Are you for real?"

[Nero] {I all way tough Gon is tad bit weird but not to this extent}

[Alfa] {He is young and naïve sir, all most everything is new to him his view of the world is pretty much two dimensional}

Censing kurapica was coming this way Nero said to Gon

[Nero] "I think your other pal is on his way here, you guys should get going or you will run out of time"

Saying that Nero went off on his way fallowing Mr. Satotz sent. It did not take him long to find him. He and what is lefts the hunter exam applicants were standing in front of a big gate. Most of them were in a very bad shape and not long after Nero's arrival gone and kurapica fallowed son. They were the last ones to arrive at the sight of the second phase sight.

[Satotz] "Excellent worked every one on getting this far" he said clapping his hands to get the attention of every one.

When Mr. Satotz start speaking every applicants looked his way

[Satotz] "The second phase will taking place here in the Visca forest park, so I shall now take my leave. I wish you all the best of luck in the second phase" saying his peace he started to walk away.

When Mr. Satotz walked away the gate the applicants were standing nearby started to open up. At this stage of the hunter exam two hundred twenty candidate have withdrawn from the exam and one hundred forty eight have remained.

Author Note: Here is another on for you guys I hope you like the chapter.

This chapter is some sort of a monumental stage for me. Because this is where I stopped last time before reloading the whole book.

I have ben fasting this past few days and Ramadan is in few days, so from this point on ward the rate of the chapters posting may slow down.

Sorry about this, it is hard for me to make things interesting while I am hungry. So please don't be mad and drop me completely.
