1 Into...Immortal

How long have I been here? Walking. Waiting. Watching.

Worlds change. Lands shift. Time flows.

kingdoms rise, and kingdoms fall. Hero's live, and hero's die.

For every life taken, a new life is born. For each sin committed, a blessing is given. light can not exist without darkness, just as darkness can not exist without light.

Yet, why. I have seen it all. Heard it all. Felt it all.

Family bonds, friendships, partnerships.

Treason, betrayal, abandonment.

Yet, here I am. Watching, as those I care about get swept away in the flow of time. As I stand fast, unmoving and unchanging. Like a mountain battered by strong winds.

I have watched as my parents, friends, family, and aquaintences grew old and died. As my targets of revenge left the world of the living.

Soon, I was alone.

Alone.

I was alone all along. I simply pretend I wasn't. I surrounded myself with friends and family, enemies and foes.

In the end, I can not escape from my fate. It was my destiny to watch over these worlds. I can bend laws, shatter limits, and change fate.

For everyone but me.
