Chapter 1: Awakening

"What's.... going .....on?"

"Where....am .....I?"

Those were his first thoughts when he awoke from his slumber. He colud not see for vision was blurry, and constant ringing in his ears made it hard to focus.

"Aarg" he groaned in pain from the sound. The ringing ocuppided the entirety of his mind, but even with the ringing he could hear other sounds "Are those voices" he thought to himself but as soon as he tried to think a sharp pain assaulted his mind. It was difficult to focus on any of the thoughts that swirled in his head. After a few minutes of mind numbing pain the ringing finally stopped as he started to regain his hearing, the sounds hear earlier became clearer. They were voices, "It sounds like people" he thought as he tried to turn his head in their direction.

"It seems the subject have stabilised.

"Good I thought he was going to end up like all the previous subject's.

"I guess that means we've made a breakthrough with the formula it seems like we should have complete product soon.

"I hope so the higher ups of the orinisation have been pushing us quite hard lately. You think it has anything to do with Holy Federation sending more of their troops out."

"Wethear that is the case or not getting more speciments for power reasearch will be quite difficult with the Federation's soldiers patrolling the nearby area's."

The longer he listened the more confused he got what "What do they mean by speciments and who is the Federation. " I've never heard of them, are they some secret government organization, no forget that who are these people?
