Goblin 007

Shin thinks quickly for a solution to get out of this battlefield but there is no way he can cross this whole ocean of goblin. That plunges him to the depth of despair because that means he has to kill innocent human.

He doesn't know how he will kill a human more if it's a child or woman or old man.

But now he has to do that, this monsters around him will kill him otherwise. Although he will be reborn again but that doesn't mean that it doesn't hurt like hell to die. If he keeps dying shin is sure that he will have mental breakdown. In the worst case scenario, he may turn into an undying evil goblin.

So he decided to play along them and act out as a goblin. He never thought of doing something like goblin play ever in his life. But who can tell how life will turn out??

They were attacking a small outpost of human with less than hundred soldiers. But the goblin army had more than four hundred soldiers. This four hundred soldier is divided into two separate group with a higher goblin in charge.

The goblin in-charge is a hobgoblin. It is stronger than normal goblins and it is not thoughtless like the other goblin.

Although it's not smart like an adult human, it can understand situation and act. It also has the ability to learn.

The hobgoblin in charge of shin's squad is commanding the goblin troops to attack the human camp. His plan of attack is frontal clash with the human soldier.

The human camp is surrounded by fence and magic barrier. They have magic user who can use a wide range of spells.

They have strengthened their defense in all sides except for a few openings where the human concentrated their firepower. They have created a killing funnel point. When the goblins try to kill them from this point it is them who gets killed instead.

But dumb goblins still try to get in from there. It's useless to fight them in this way. The human camp soldier takes turn to keep killing goblins. In this way, they can fight against goblin for a longer time period without exhausting themselves.

For the sake of finding a way out of his misery shin has to end this fight quickly.

So shin formulates a plan to take out the human camp.

First step gather information on it. How many ways to get in and out, soldiers location, strength etc..

But it is very difficult to gather information being in the middle of a fight. So shin looked around for something that can be of help.

Soon, shin found what he needed. A scout goblin. Scout goblins has amazing eyesight and sense of smell. They can smell something from miles away.

Shin went to see if he can get some information about the human camp from him.

Shin: oye, what's your name?

Scout goblin : name?? Scouts don't have a name, don't you know that? ?

Shin: sorry, forgot about that .

Actually, shin did not know in the first place.

Shin : give me some information about the human camp.

Scout goblin: do you have anything valuable for exchange?

DaMN, greedy goblin. .

Shin: no, I don't have anything valuable but this information may end this war quickly and save a lot of our goblin brother.

Scout goblin : the more dies the better. More food for me. If you have nothing then go away.

Shin tried to appeal to his good side by talking about brotherhood but who is he kidding? ? This goblins have no camaraderie in them. They are all seeing each other as rival for food.

But shin had to squeeze some information out of him. So he could not give up.

Shin : how about I give you something none of your peers has?

Scout goblin : really? ? Do you have something like that with you?

Shin : yes. I will give you a name.

Scout goblin : A Name! !! Really?

Shin : yes. A name. In return, you have to tell me all the information you have on that camp. Okay???

Scout goblin : okay. But you have to choose a cool name.

Shin : don't worry. I have a great name for you. You are a scout who spy on the enemy. So I name thee "Double-0 Seven "

Scout goblin : Dabble 0 sepen. What kind of name is that ?

Shin : no, no. Not Dabble 0 sepen! ! It's Double -0 Seven. It's the name of a great spy.

007 : really? ? Why do I not know his name?

Shin : because he is always hidden and working. He helps his brother in need with supplying important information. You must become a spy like that also as you have the same name as him as well.

Then 007 briefed shin about all the information he knows. From 007 shin learned that there is three points open where goblins are attacking. Two points where human and goblins are fighting brutally. Unfortunately the last one is difficult to handle for goblins. The last one is defended by a small elite human soldier and it also seems like there is a powerful fighter among them. He even killed a hobgoblin who was a captain of goblin army. That is the reason why only two hobgoblin leader remains.

Shin got the information. Now how to implement the plan. A war can't be won by a single person. He needs to make sure that this lower level soldier goblins will listen to him.

The only way to make sure that they will listen to his words is demonstrate his power and take command of a squad.

But that is easier said than done. But there is an opportunity to make It work. Shin just need luck on his side .
