Next Day,

Today Ji Yun is going to the willow house near green leaf village, he packed up everything required for the journey. He is going to stay at the willow house until he completes the 1st stage of the Yin Yang physical cultivation.

'These are medicinal liquid and chakra healing paste that I brought from alchemy house. This Medicinal liquid is very effective in healing and it is very good for your muscles and skin. You can pour 5 drops in water and soak in it for 2 hours, it will ease any stiffness in your muscles and the chakra healing paste you can apply in the specific area where there are heavy pain and injury. If you can absorb a little of the chakra healing paste essence, it will strengthen your body."

I packed some medicinal books in the carriage when you have free time look into it, if your luck is good you can find good medicinal plants near the lost forest."

This forest is notable for its many precious medicines. There is a reason why the forest is named as lost forest, this forest is covered by dense fog which acts as a medium for illusions and many hideouts of chakra beast. If you don't have a clear map of the forest you will eventually lose your way and die.

"Pepper, how many years have you been staying here? Have ventured into the forest?" Ji Yun asked pepper who was standing near the house.

"No, Young master. Master strictly said, not to go near the entrance of the forest. Master said he constructed something, surrounding 5 km of the house, so no beasts will come. Young master, you shouldn't think of entering the forest. I heard from the villagers there are many beasts near the outskirts of the forest. If you want to go somewhere, you can go towards the mountain over there it's within 5 km range." Pepper explained and pointed her fingers towards the nearby mountain.

"I understand, you can continue your work." Ji Yun was sure it's the array his grandfather talked about. Even if I want to enter the forest, I don't have sufficient strength. I will go towards the mountain pepper told. Ji Yun walked towards the mountain.

The pool at the bottom was varnish clear, enabling us to see down into the rocky bottom with various fishes are playing near the surface. And the surrounding area is birthed with various plants and flowers, even the grasses are filled with vitality. Ji Yun is very mesmerized by the view. The nectar sweet smell of the spring flowers perked up Ji Yun's spirits.

This is a very good place to train my muscles. If I trained under the waterfall and inside the pond, it will increase the effectiveness. Since then, the daily training of Ji Yun started,

Every morning he will run for around 10km carrying weights and exercise with Heavey weights. Then he will stand under the waterfall pressure. At night he will take a medicinal bath, apply healing paste in heavy pain area and read books about various kind of plants, flowers, insects and chakra beasts. Day by day training continued with increases in everything he did.

When he was standing for the first time under the hitting force of the waterfall, Ji Yun was immediately thrown down. Without care for anything, he will continue again. After some months he was able to withstand the pressure of waterfall.

Zero and Qu He who was standing some distance from Ji Yun, couldn't help to have a sense of admiration. Especially zero, even when he was training in the early days he hasn't trained like his young master. He has a sense of respect for Ji Yun. Days passed fastly.

His overall strength can be said to have increased rapidly, but he was not able to absorb the chakra of sun and moon till now. Only when he was of capable of absorbing the chakra of sun and moon will he reach stage 1.

Ji Yun who was pondering over a problem how to absorb the sun and moon chakra didn't notice, small threads of energy from sun entered Ji Yun's body without his notice. Ji Yun was stunned, a small thread of energy came out of nowhere and entered his body which was absorbed by his tissues. Ji Yun was in Cloud nine, he knows it's a Sun chakra. Soon he calmed his mind and cultivated his physical technique according to the method imprinted in his mind.
