7 Day X (Prologue VII)

<Day X>

< At some Ant Like Tunnel Network Under the Flouro town, the epicenter of the UC Biohazard incident>

At a spacious place deep under the ground, a figure with a dilapidated face was seen kneeling in front of a silhouette

"My queen, I have done my bidding, please reward me my queen" (Dilapidated man)

the dilapidated was kneeling like a soldier in a knight bestowal ceremony, but oddly the man was wearing a lab coat making the situation was one of a kind.

The silhouette that appears from the glassy water surface, smile and holds the man chin up. That figure appears to be a woman wearing a sexy, revealing black dress, but the surrounding sensation was pure evil and with deep red pupil, suffocating the surrounding environment with chill and bloodlust.

"Well done, my slave, you have done a splendid job!!, and yes as for the reward I will bestow you a pass to my world, go forth my slave enjoy your stay at my castle,"

The woman, smile lecherously with her tongues licking her lips. The man nodded and seem to be happy with the reward.

"Thank you my queen.... it is my been my entire life wish to research on the travel between world and today, thanks to you my queen, I achieved it, though I did release some unfortunate things into my world, to your advice, I believe this matter will be resolved quickly"

The man nodded to himself while mesmerising the event that happened to him recently. for him, a man of science, was brought to this world by enormous exposure on movies depicted the concept of traveling to other world, and was influenced by it, Later, he shows an interest in science and become one of top scientist in UC.

At the same time he lamented the nature of scientific breakthrough... for a fast and stable breakthrough, sacrifice will always present.

and hence a scene where the man striding towards the other world with a solemn face as if he regret that he was powerless and need external forces to help him achieve his dream.

A glance into the past,

Later, on one fine day, some military man from the UC secret force knock on his door and propose a job to him. At first, he was not happy, and ready to reject the proposition and but later he accepted with joy and ecstasy, this is because due to the nature of the job, an opportunity to conduct on some energy space anomalies within a private base. one of his beloved research.

On the first day at the mystery base, he was lead by some suit man with other scientists that offered the same job as him. The place that suit man was lead to was an open area. At first sight, the huge space was nothing out of the ordinary, but later a sudden burst of the electrical trail was emitted from the center of the space, revealing a small glassy surface. But the electrical trail was so furious that some of the equipment was fried and some of the unfortunate staff was struck by it.

The aftermath of the electrical trail to the man was horrifying, the man body was charred black with some blood trail flowing out from the body, but surprisingly, no one was trying to help that man, rather all of them were moving away further from the center of the accident.

seeing the shocked face of the scientist, the suited man began to explain.

" This is Eureka Dome, this will be the place you all will be working, and please be careful to not being too ventureful in trying to get close to the center of that glassy surface or the incident earlier will be on you..."

in the meantime, there was a man standing not far from the scientist group observing their face expression solemnly.

after watching all the scientist still in silence, the suited man urge the scientist to come forth to their workbench.

Along the way, one of the handsome blonde scientist men told the suits man about the detail of the incident earlier.

" At the center of this Dome was an anomalies that had been detected 6 month ago, the anomalies alarmed the hunter nearby with minor earthquake and later with some investigation we discover a cave network leading to this open space, for the first time we found this place, there was nothing except some rock debris crumbs all over the area, and hence we leave the place, but later, the minor earthquake happen again at the same epicenter in this very cave, and to our shocked the debris was gone and this dome-like structure was created. Our scientist that investigated this said this structure was man-made, but we are pretty skeptical about it, but we still stationed some of our scientist with some military personnel, but not too long after leaving them here, a radio transmission churned, and a panic sound was heard, the scientist was gone and some electrical trail was seen by our military man that positioned at the opening of the cave, and so we rush back to the cave, and indeed, the scientist was gone and the military man was still in shock state, we report back this situation to the Oval House and the military starting to send their personnel, later, the incident happen again and we got a video feed again from our preparation earlier. At first, we were shocked by the scene, and show this video feed to the Oval House, and soon afterward the place was overrun by the military personnel and this place was placed under restriction and hence brought to our present days."(Black Suit man)

" We tried to run some experiment, sending signal to the glassy surface, but nothing happens, we tried to send probe through the glassy surface, the probe was indeed gone through the surface, but we get no connection from it... all the signal was loss... and we tried all sort of experiment, trying to place an object before the reemergence of the surface, but to no avail, and hence we had reached to a dead end, ergo that is why we are calling you all here, the brightest mind in the UC or even world, to crack this phenomenon, with your mind insight we might find a way to harness this phenomenon and possibly knowing what lies beyond that surface, if it is another dimension as claimed by this handsome man, then the possibility of an infinite resource could be within our grasp, and so you all will be doing this nation a very meritorious deed and I do expect you all to do well!!...." (Black suit man)

Seeing the Black suit man in an excited patriotic mode, all the scientist nodded and affirmed the black suit man words.

Seeing a satisfactory reaction from the scientist, the black suit man nodded.

" Umu... Good... you are all a good UC citizen, I expect great things from all of you,..... well then I will get going... and I'll leave you all to this man here.... "

The black suits man gesture his hand to the handsome blonde man earlier.....

" Nice to meet you all"

The handsome man smiles while putting his hand on his left chest.

" This person is the leader of the current investigation, and he is known as Patrick.... he's from Astro Physic Department From NASA and had great achievements in the quantum relativity theory, regarding the existence of black hole and etc.... in essence the person in front of you are probably the top 10 genius person in the world, in which was a genuine title."

The blonde man still smiling, but his expressions turn to be a little bit awkward due to the excessive introduction.

Some of the scientists gasped with awe to this sudden revelation while others show a "meh, I can do that too" expression. Nevertheless, all the scientist was showing their emotion plainly and the handsome man just silently sighed with all the reactions given.

" Ahahaha.... well a part of the story was true, if you ask me... but for the part that depicts me as a genius, I vehemently reject it, I am the same as you all, a man that try to search the truth about this universe.... and with this phenomenon solved.... we will be one step closer of knowing our purpose in the universe... and so I really do hope to be able to work with you all and working hard together to solve this mystery!!"

The blonde man starts with a philosophical introduction and at the same time try to reduce the negative effect from the black suits man earlier introduction. And all of his speech ends up with a smile.

the black suits man seeing that Patrick was warming up pick up the cue and start his leaving procedure.

" Ok you all, if you had any question or any request please contact me at that building"

the black suits man gesture his hand to the building and started to leave the scientist and heading back to the building his pointing at....

but at momentarily, he turns back..... and facing towards the scientist

" Ahhh I forgot to tell you my name..... I am Hughes..... Hughes Killnorton.... I'll be seeing you all again soon... and be safe and follow the rule !!

at that last part the black suits man was smiling, but not a normal one.... but an eerie one.... after that, the black suits man leave.
