1 Ch1: Run and Walk

Annulment, such word weigh heavier than 100kg of weights. The middle-aged southeast Asian woman can't help to sigh. She thought her husband was honest with her but manage to impregnate one of his extramarital fun. She was sad and furious at the same time.

She became a successful Doctor but failed in her marriage life. It seems that everything is a balance. Can't really blame all to her husband because she herself has some lapses. She crumples the divorce paper and throws it in one of the trash bin near the street light. She sat on one of the benches and continue to sigh. She closes her eyes and lean backward.

She opened her eyes but she can't see the environment except for her body. Am I dreaming? She asks herself, "Is this a nightmare?" She laughs a little, she unconsciously touches her yin-yang pendant which glows the most. She smiles and though that even in death her parents still protect her. She looks forward and saw a shimmering light. She ran towards the light source but it seems like the more she runs towards its direction, the light source seems fading.

She sighs again then she thought, I will not run again! So, the middle-age woman walk. She felt that the source of light is getting nearer, the nearer the light her clothes became bigger until she reaches the light.

She covered her eyes due to the brightness. She slowly opened her eyes and saw an old house. Made up of wood. Most of its wall is covered by unknown fern-like plants and moss.

She felt like the house in front of her looks like rustic, abandoned by the time but stood stronger. She thought, just like her. She faintly smiles and walks towards the front door while dragging her dress.

She stops along the way and examined herself, the dress is getting bigger! Then she heard and bell-like sound. Ding! Ding! Ding! then information flashes unto her thoughts.
