The conundrum of enigmatic demises

"Yeah, it seems like it," said Harry and asked Avion to continue.

"Then what happened?"

"Then she showed her husband the cuts she did herself to prove herself innocent. Blinded by all the fakeness his so-called beloved showed him he shot his own son." talking up to this, Avion suddenly stopped.

"So that's it? It does not make sense if the story just ends here."

Again Avon continued "The story does not end here, but rather starts. After the boy was killed his stepmother pleaded to her husband to keep the boy's dead body as well as his mum's dead body into the empty warehouse they have at the back of their beautiful mansion. "

"The husband was stupid enough to agree to the witch's words and his son and ex-wife were only buried after a whole 3 days. "

"Even though they were Richie rich as the son's father was a prosperously wealthy person, they were buried in a deserted place deep into the woods far away from where people would reside and from where she and her husband used to reside in. That was because the stepmother did not want the double whammy 'according to what she called and thought of the boy and his mother' anywhere near her, her husband or their unborn child."

"She was pregnant?" asked Harry

"No not until 3 years." answered Avon

"3 years? So if we count the other 4 years they were married for, she conceived after a total of 7 years?" said Lilura

"Yeah." answered Avon

"Oh my god."

"And?" asked Lilura

"Well, during the 3 years after the man's ex-wife and son died were not so sunny ones for them."

"Why? What happened?"

"Exactly after a month of their dead the man's mother died."

"What does that have to do with their deaths?"

"Let me finish first."

"Yeah continue"

"So as I was saying after a month the man's mother died mysteriously, after 5 months his assistant also died equivocally and after a year even his sister whom he used to cherish dearly died a baffling death. "

"All of these deaths happened suddenly and quietly, no one ever knew the reasons behind each death. His misfortunes did not seem to end because his company, later on, faced a terrible financial crisis. All of the shareholders were selling their shares to other people because nobody wanted to be in a sinking ship. And the stockholders were all voting for new directors to be elected."

"When did the crisis begin?" suddenly Harry asked

"It began right after 2 years of the man's ex-wife and son's death." answered Avon

"How was the relationship between the man's mistress and him?" asked Lilura

"Well at first it was all sunny and bright I mean they had a pretty loving bond between them, but after that things started getting messier and messier. They started suspecting each other and had fights over every small thing. And slowly things started getting messier, even the neighbors started complaining about it afterwards. However every report went into vain as the man was the most influential in the whole country, so no one would dare to defy him, and sadly not even the rims could."

"So yeah after all of these auguries finally when his wife was pregnant they both were contented. And they started becoming amiable to each other again."

"Was their baby ever born in the end?"

"Yeah, it was born however, it was found dead."

"How did it die? Was it stillborn?" asked Harry

"No," answered Avon

"Then?" asked Aiden

"It was found dead in the same room where the man's ex-wife and son were killed," answered Avon again.

"Now that's something interesting," Aron said with scrunched brows.

"Anything else to the story?" asked Lilura.

"Yeah" answered Avion

"After a week the woman suicided." and then he continued

"Why? For her baby?" asked Harry.

"Yeah. She was in love with her baby just like how an ordinary mother would. So when her baby was found dead she had gone kind of crazy. She would go around steal other people's babies and name them as hers."

"Gosh, that's insane," Aron exclaimed.

"Now I seriously doubt if this is a myth anymore, cause to me it seems that the woman had psychological issues after her child's death," Harry said

"Yeah I know right, all of this does not make it a myth. See, it's understandable, the stepmother had killed her stepson and co-wife. And let's just assume that the husband was stupid enough to fall for the wife's act and that was why he killed his own son and ex-wife, and then all the killings."

"All of them died mysteriously. That man had filled a case for his sister's death and the investigation was going on but I heard that even the people who were involved in the investigation suddenly disappeared and were later found dead beside a graveyard." said Avon

"So what happened to the man later on?"

"Well, the man's wife one day went so crazy that she hung herself to death. And then her husband lost his post as the CEO, lost his company, house, everything."

"He had to spend his last years poorly on a wooden small house that he had built himself through woods from the forest. And then one day he was found dead."

"And how did he die?"

"He surprisingly wasn't killed by any dagger knife or any gun, nor did he hung himself."

"Then?"

"He was found buried right beside his house. And the only thing strange about his dead body was that his face was deadly pale and had a tinge of pale white colour in it."

"Was he choked then?"

"Yeah that's what it seemed like it. His facial expression was horrific. The people who found out his dead body said that it was so horrific that it felt like he went through hell before even entering it 'meaning before even dying he actually died'.
