Chapter 16

A/n: a little short chapter….

The next day, he went to school with nino again. She is waiting for him already and greeted him with a happy face. Yesterday after he got back home, sebas cooked food for him and he did some light exercise after to build his stamina up.

"Is there something that you want to tell me?" He asks her since she seems to be acting like there is something that she wants to tell him.

"Kou-chan, I made a lunch box for you, can we eat together later?" She asks, kou smiles and nodded in agreement. Nino was happy and hug his arm tightly. In the shadow, anna is watching them while she is licking on some kind of ice cream.

"Kou-chan, I want to stay with you!" She said while watching nino with jealousy. She felt like she should have been there first, she should have been with kou chan first, and she felt that nino stole her spot. So she decided to steal her spot back and be kou's number one.

Soon the two got to their class they decided to separate their ways in front of nino's classroom.

"Okay, I'm leaving now" he said then wave at nino. As he turnaround she grasp the back of shirt and looks at him as if she is expecting something. He looks at her and tilts his head in confusion.

"K-kou-chan, are you not gonna…." She said, but kou couldn't hear the last part. Kou suddenly realized something and kissed her on the forehead. She put her hand on her head and smile brightly.

"Is there anything else?" He asks her, she shook her head and said "you can go now, Let's eat together later"

"I look forward to eating the food you made" kou said and left her, she watches his back while she started to feel her heart beating so loud making it hard to breathe. Everytime she is with kou her heart keeps beating fast. She found it so strange, bit she weirdly likes it.

'Kou-chan~!' She muttered

"Good morning nino!" Suddenly she heard a soft spoken voice, it is her friend anna.

"Oh, good morning anna" nino greeted back.

"So he was your boyfriend, you shouldn't hide those kind of things to your friends" anna said with a sigh as if she is disappointed at her.

"Hehe, sorry anna..." nino said nervously.

Of course, anna knew that kou and nino weren't really brothers and sisters, since she knows a lot of things about kou. When kou appeared in front of the three of them to take nino back to 'their' house made her feel sad and she cried a little bit. So after that event, she decided to confess her feelings thinking that kou and nino is only friends, but when she was about to confess she saw the two hugging each other as if they are a couple. This made anna feel more saddened.

"It's okay, but next time don't hide it from us!" Anna said with a pout. Nino only laughed awkwardly while looking at her.
