"Sirius Orion Black you are a disgrace to the Black family name first you're a Gryffindor and then you date a half blood oh how disgusting" Walburga shouted at Sirius at the dinner table a couple nights into the holidays.

"Oh and I forgot to mention the half blood I'm dating is a guy" Sirius said getting up from the table and going upstairs.

"Get out of my house you are no son of mine"

An hour later Sirius was standing outside the home of Remus John Lupin the man he calls his boyfriend. He stood for a while wondering whether he should bother them this late or stay at a motel and come back tomorrow. After a minute or so he decided to knock on the door.

Remus answered the door in boxers and a grey T-shirt rubbing his eyes. " yes, oh Siri it's you what's happened why are you here so late"

Sirius burst into tears and wrapped his arms around his boyfriend. Remus brought him inside and made him a cup of hot chocolate and wrapped a blanket around him. They sat on the couch together wrapped in blankets and sipping hot chocolate, Sirius told him about what happened that evening at dinner. He never really liked his family but it still hurt but at least he had Remus and his best friends Peter and james
