Tiara smiled and then walked over to Michelle's wolf and petted her head.

A moment later, Michelle's wolf rose to her feet and then walked away, letting the shimmers travel down her spine and throughout her body until she pulled herself together into her human form.

I clapped. "Well done, Michelle!"

Michelle shrugged as she dressed. "I've been practicing."

I laughed. "Not at home, I hope."

"In my room with the door locked, but I make sure that everything's out of the way." When Michelle was dressed, she brushed the leaves from her hair and then turned to Tiara. "So, what do you think?"

She smiled, her eyes wide with awe. "I think I'm not the only one with a secret." Then she sat on the hood of her car and I stood close by. "So, do your parents know?"

Michelle shrugged. "I've been grounded for the rest of my life because I have to keep sneaking out." She sighed. "I wish I could tell her, but she'd have a heart attack."
