60 Mr. Wilson

When the sun started peering through the night sky and the moon disappeared, the werewolf we had captured transformed back into a human.

"Where am I?" he asked then he looked up and narrowed his eyes. "Micah? What are you doing here?"

"Just a minute and we'll explain everything," Micah said, and then said, "Jess, you have to see this!"

I was standing not too far away, having already phased into my human form and dressed. But when I ran over and looked in the werewolf pit, I was shocked… for standing in the pit was Mr. Wilson, our teacher. "You have got to be kidding me!"

"What are you all doing?" Mr. Wilson said, narrowing his eyes. Then he looked down at himself. "And why am I naked? Where are my clothes? If this is some kind of joke, it's a dangerous one! I could have been killed, falling into—"

"Mr. Wilson, do you remember how you got here?" I asked, cutting off his rant.
