Soon, the full moon was upon us. It was late February and, so far, there hadn't been any more werewolf attacks. And if Cathy and Crystal were still in town, then they had been quiet. But no one left Michelle alone just in case, not wanting to take a chance on someone kidnapping her again to prevent us from having the cure.

"Mark's still quiet," I said to Dakota on the day before the night of the full moon. We were headed to the cabin to check everything out after school. "I'm worried about him."

Dakota nodded. "So am I. I'll talk to him and see what's going on."

"Thanks." I leaned over and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Has Micah and Mark said anything to you about their plans for a business yet?"

He looked over at me and raised an eyebrow. "Not to me. But we'll need to speak with them before the next Council Meeting. When we ask for investors, the elders will want to see a business plan."
