Waking up as Luffy

RUSKAINA

'This is definitely not what I previously had in mind'. A young man with black hair, a red shirt and short pants is being chased by a group of wild animals. This group of animals are huge. Some of them even stood at the size of small mountains.

This place had an abundance of flora and fauna. Tress that grew here were massive and the animals that inhabited this island were enormous, abnormal and terrifying.

An old man with a silver hair is standing at the top of a huge tree looking at the the young lad who is being chased by wild animals of gigantic stature.

Despite all the dangers lurking around them, the old man was extra ordinarily calm. A calm and confident smile could be seen on his face.

"Oi Luffy, you won't beat any of them if you ran from them all day you know". He spoke.

Despite all the noise, his voice was loud and clear. He does not shout but his tone could be heard loud and clear to every creature around him.

He had a majestic yet calm appearance.

This man was the Vice Captain of the Rogers Pirate. The right hand man of the pirate king, 'The dark king- Silvers Rayleigh'.

Luffy faced Rayleigh while running away from the ferocious animals that are chasing him and yelled with and idiotic face " Rayleigh san, this isn't even training at all. My life is on the line are you trying to kill me".

Rayleigh was smiling" Haha, you should know Luffy, Our strength grows best when our life is on the line".

Hearing that, Luffy cursed on his mind " Screw this shit. Why don't I receive any kind of system or golden finger. Don't transmigrator and reincarnator always have that kind of shit. This is totally hell".

And just like that, he spent another day on the hellish Island of Ruskaina.

It had been two months since he came to this world.

He woke up with lots of pain, a headache and severe injuries which could be almost fatal. After he woke up, he seems to have memories of another person which he was very familiar with.

The captain of the straw hat pirates 'Monkey D.Luffy'.

It seems he woke up after the war at Marineford which was known as war of the best.

At first he was excited but reality had different thoughts.

The world which he woke up was no longer a manga or anime which he enjoyed in his previous life. It had become his reality, a life which he should lead on.

He thought he would get some kind of golden finger which he usually read on webnovels and fanfictions in his previous life but that thought dissapoint him because he does not receive any of that sort.

But he braced himself' what could go wrong, my knowledge about this world itself is a cheat so I would just utilize that to the most of my abilities'. And that leads to his current predecament.

He had been training with Rayleigh for the past two months and was growing fast. Even Rayleigh was amazed by his growth.

Utilizing his knowledge about the world of One piece, he had already grab the concept of haki's. With only two months worth of training, he was able to use each one of them albeit weakly.

Even Rayleigh was very satisfied of his growth.

He was able to unlock the three types of haki within a short period of time. He had come to conclusion that a strong haki would need a strong physique to manifest so he was working on that.

He still had 1 year and 10 months to train before he met his crew again. He want to be way stronger than Luffy in the original so he was working really hard.

One thing he want to do for sure is marry the snake empress. The number one beauty Boa Hancock.

When he first saw her, he was truly captivated by her. The manga and anime did her no justice. She truly deserve to be called the most beautiful woman. The original Luffy was aloof and a total idiot to not acknowledge a beauty like this. Moreover, he doesn't need to specifically court her as the snake empress was already head over heels for him so he would never miss his chance.

Time flies and only after six months of training. He had already achieve gear fourth with all it's variant forms. Seeing that his growth and improvement was astronomical, Rayleigh left him after six months of his training.

After achieving gear fourth, he doesn't stop his hellish training as he wanted to achieve the fifth gear. Even if he falls short on it, he at least wanted to master Ryuo, the form of internal destruction.

He trains everyday without stopping. He never stop using or emitting his haki unless he rans out of it. He even used them while he is sleeping so his reserve of haki was enormous and he was way stronger than the original Luffy and like that, two years passed.

He woke up knowing that two years had passed. He went for the giant radish at the centre of the island to take his hat.

On his way back, he was looking at the animals that he had conquered and smiled at them. He spoke" I am sure going to miss you guys you know. Be sure you all behave well in my absence".

The animals looked at him as though they were going to miss him. They were wailing and their sorrow could be seen on their faces.

He soon cought on the presence of the amazonian warriors with his observation haki. All of his haki had grown so well. He could see 4 seconds into the future, cause internal destruction and his conquerors haki could even affect the environment and not only living objects. He sure is going to overpowered.

During his time on Ruskaina, the event with Bryndi World happened which resulted in a better relationship with Boa Hancock. He had made up his mind. He sure was going to marry her.

He walked towards the edge of the island where he felt the presence of the amazonians.

The animals are following him while he walked at a steady pace.

He was brimming with confidence and a majestic aura. Seeing this, the amazonians were feeling happy for him. They were smiling and greeted him which Luffy respond in kind.

When he saw Hancock, he couldn't helped being astonished and be captivated by her beauty again. Even though this wasn't the first time he had seen her, he couldn't help being captivated.

The beauty of Hancock was sure breathtaking and otherworldy. And moreover, Hancock had already fall for him and was head over heels so it was a pure win for him.

After some greetings and some small talk, they finally depart towards Sabaody Archipelago.

Luffy and Hancock spent most of their time together which greatly increase their bond.

Just two days after their departure. Luffy finally confessed that he too have feelings for Hancock which made Hancock felt like she was on cloud nine. She even lose her conciousness at first. Luffy asked if she wanted to be his girlfriend officially. So they are now in a relationship.

After this confession, they both felt very close. They act intimately and spent most of their voyage making memories.

Since Luffy was a guy form modern world, a normal guy who had dating experience to boast, he sure was a romantic which made Hancock really satisfied and she too was one hell of a wifey. He treat Luffy like a king. This made their relationship very good and the amazonian warriors on the ship were also deeply impressed by them.

Their voyage from Ruskaina to Sabaody Archipelago roughly took 3 weeks.

This left Hancock wanting more of Luffy's presence and was hesitating to leave him.

Just before he jump of the ship, Luffy looked at her in the eye and said" Hancock, I will miss you a lot. But I really want to be the King of Pirates so I have to leave. But I promise you this, I will conquer these seas, be the king of Pirates and come back to you. So when that happens, lets get married".

Hearing this, Hancock felt the sincerity of Luffy's words and was extremely happy. She couldn't even utter a single word because of her happiness. Tears of joy calmly flow down her flush cheeks and she kissed Luffy.

After a brief moment, they part and smiled with eyes longing for each other, they bid farewell.

Luffy jumped off the Amazonian empress ship, waving a hand. The people on the ship too bid him farewell and told him to take care.

The only thing Hancock could think of at this moment was' Luffy and I will be married'.

SABAODY ARCHIPELAGO

Luffy look straight towards the town. He was showing that idiotic smile of his. Unlike the manga, he wasn't putting any disguise because he was sure that even if an admiral pops up, he would wipe the floor with them.

He was a lot stronger than the manga and was confident with his strength along with his knowledge of the whole one piece world, he doesn't plan on laying low.

He was enthusiastic to meet his crew. Even though he inherited all the memories of the original Luffy, he had yet to met them in person. Afterall, seeing and experiencing is a whole different matter.

He had great admiration for his crew. The loyalty of his right hand man Zoro, the cuteness of Chopper all the funny chemistry that he had known from his past life. He will be soon experiencing all that so he couldn't help but smile like an idiot.

There are many things he would like to do. He had thought of many things during his training and was going to cause way more problems than the original Luffy.

He calmly walked towards the city, he was enjoying everything he saw as it was all a first time for him.

He doesn't know where to go and was thinking.

Suddenly, a gust of wind had let a flier onto his face. He took off the paper and look at it, it was a flier for recruitment.

To be exact, recruitment for the Straw Hat Pirates which was conducted by the fake straw hats let by the impersonator Demalo Black.

Seeing this, Luffy remembers how the events played out so he want it as a means to show his strength.

During his training in Ruskaina, he had written all the events that he could remember in a book so he won't forget them even after time passes.

He started walking slowly towards groove 46. Unlike the manga, he doesn't have any interactions with the fake straw hats so he was simply walking towards the plaza where the recruitment was taking place.

He took his time and enjoyed everything on the way.

When he reached Groove 46, the navy had just started to appear to arrest the new recruit of the fake straw hat pirates and just in time, one of the Pacifista, Px-5 scanned his face.

The fake Straw Hats led by Demalo Black were attemting to run but then encountered Sentomaru and his giant axe. Sentomaru knowing that the fake straw hats were and imposter hit Demalo Black with the blunt face of his axe and ordered Px-5 to search the real Luffy as it had scanned him before.

Luffy was standing at the top of a Plaza watching all the facades with a smile on his face. He thought to himself ' Sure enough, watching an anime and experiencing it is a very whole different situation. I can't help but felt enthusiastic.'

Soon Px-5 found him and shoot him. Like the manga, Luffy dodge with minimal effort with the coolest aura possible maintaining a smile.

This was seen by everyone present in the plaza, Marines or pirates, everyone was deeply impressed by it.

One of the pirates recruited by the fakes was holding a poster. He stuttered " This time, there is no mistake. He is the real deal. It is the same as the one in the wanted poster. Monkey D. Luffy the pirate with 400 million bounty"

Every pirate present at the plaza are shouting with admiration towards Luffy.

Luffy felt his blood boiling wanting some action. Without utilizing any of his gears, he simply vanish from the spot he was standing and appeared above the Pacifista. He had a battle crazed eye, a smile crept on his face. He coated his fists with haki. The moment he had been waiting had finally arrived. He murmured " Gomu gomu no – Jet o Pistol". He punched the giant Pacifista, his fist crushed the pacifista from the head till its toe, crushing it hard it looked like a pizza and slowly explode.

Everyone present was amazed. The pirates look him with admiration and respect while the navies even though amazed by the strength of Luffy were scared. Sweats formed at their foreheads. Afterall who would want to experience that punch after they had witness it. They are sure that they are no match for him. Nobody was moving. All eyes was on Luffy.

Luffy was laughing, feeling happy for the stunt that he had pulled. He had always wanted to beat his enemies with a single punch and since he had finally do it, he was satisfied.

He knows that Admiral Kizaru would come to intercept them so he does not intend to run. He had the confidence to rival an Admiral so he was planning to show his growth right from the bat.

While he was enjoying this simple feat he heard a voice " Oiii, Luffy what are you doing" Everyone watched the direction where the voice came from.

Finally, he will be meeting his crew. He had been a fan for a long time, and not only meeting them, he will be the captain of the crew he had always admired so it was a great moment for him.

A huge smiled could be seen on his face " Oiii, Zoro, Sanji. Long time no see, hahahah" he shout back at them waving his hands. Even Zoro and Sanji were happy to see their captain and waved back at him.

Seeing this, Sentomaru yelled "PX-7 capture them" Luffy wasn't planning to move an inch since he believe that Zoro and Sanji will take care of the other Pacifista and just as he thought, Zoro and Sanji both sprinted towards him.

Zora cut the Pacifista in half while Sanji broke his neck.

The Pacifista fell on the ground and exploded.

For the second time, everyone was surprised by the strength shown by the straw hat pirates.

Some unknown pirate was holding a wanted posters of Zoro and Sanji and shout "The pirate hunter Roronoa Zoro and Black Foot Sanji, they too are the real deal and nothing like the impostor".

Zoro and Sanji landed besides Luffy.

Sanji spoke " Jeez Luffy, how can you cause so much trouble".

Zoro looking annoyed said "Oi, how can number 8 act so arrogantly before number 1". And so their quarrel started just like that.

Luffy seeing the iconic duo and their antics was really amused and happy so he laughed but using his observation haki he sense a beam coming so he told Zoro and Sanji to dodge. The three of them jumped from the place they were standing.

A laser beam had struck the place and exploded and a man in yellow suit with a stupid face appeared with a flash.

Luffy smiled and said " You finally arrived Kizaru, have you grown old and slow, shishishishi"

Kizaru while looking annoyed replied " Geez, you brats are really troublesome you see. I will have to arrest you right here".

Sanji and Zoro were alerted but Luffy was smiling and with a confident posture he took a step forward.

"Well I wouldn't want to be arrested before I become the Pirate king and also I think we have some unfinished business so I would like to settle it right now" Luffy said without any fear.

Sanji and Zoro were startled by this proclamation since the man before them was not some unknown navy but an Admiral. One of the major power of the navies and whom they had lost to. So they were afraid a little.

A surge of pressure suddenly erupted from luffy. Cracks were formed on the ground, the pressure extended and engulfed the entire plaza.

Marines and pirates alike fall to the ground.

Sentomaru was kneeling and barely concious.

Sanji and Zoro were amazed by the strength of Luffy. They knew Luffy was strong but they did not know he was this strong.

The only people that were left concious were Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Kizaru and Sentomaru who was barely concious.

Luffy had a huge smile on his face. He took his left arm to his mouth and blow it. Lots of haki were pumped by his body and he started transforming. Smoke emerge from his body and after a short moment, his formed was revealed.

Gear fourth Snake man.

Everyone look Luffy with a daze.

He said "Zoro, Sanji, leave this to me. It won't take long."

Zoro and Sanji don't know how to respond. In front of them was an admiral of the Navy. The fastest Admiral but the new found strength of their captain also amazed them.

Seeing his confident smile, Zoro said " Alright Captain, we will wait at the sunny". He took Sanji and left.

Seeing two of the pirates leaving, Kizaru was planning to shoot a beam of laser towards them but Luffy intercepted "Oi kizaru, your opponent is me".

Luffy vanished in a moment and appeared before Kizaru. Kizaru was caught offguard.

Luffy gave a hard punch to his face and send him flying.

There was huge grin on Luffy's face and he was happy.

Kizaru was sent flying 70 metres away. He does not have a serious injury. He slowly walked out from the place of impact wiping the dust of his suit. "Oi, you are quite dangerous you see. It seems I will have to take you seriously or I might lose my life. Scary. Your haki is quite terrifying Mugiwara.I will have to take you down before you cause another serious problem.Yoi"

Luffy replied" shishishishi. Shall we start round."

Luffy thought of charging him but there was a sudden thought that pops up. 'It will be so cool if I use the cool catch phrase of Madara Uchiha and made it my own. So why not? Shishishishi'

So before charging, he looked Kizaru with a battle with a battle craze eyes and said " Shall we dance?" (Sorry Copyright) 'he laughed'.
