8 Typos

Typos are powers indigenous to the world of Dem-one, every human child or humanoid species child is born with one, some end up having the same typos, like twins, twins commonly have the same powers. And identical twins have the same typo 100% of the time, typos are triggered with a key word or phrase, such as "explosion" or "fire", in Tune's case, it is a song that triggers his typo.

Typos come in various forms, like fire type typos, water types, mental types, rock types, there are fire, water, mental, rock, wind, metal, electric, and physical types. Fire allows the user to shoot or control fire or explosions, or sometimes makes the user immune to flames, water is the same but with water or ice (obviously) or sometimes allow them to breathe underwater. Rock allows users to reshape the ground around them or turn their body to a stone (or other element). Mental controls or reads the minds of others around the user, it can also be used to enhance ones own mental capabilities. Wind allows users to control wind around them or in one case, just allow them to hold their breath for a really long time. Metal is just like rock. Electric allows the user to charge devices, shoot or control electricity, create electricity, or take electricity from things to use later, occasionally users can also supercharge themselves and become stronger or faster using harnessed electricity. Physical allows users to incredibly enhance their human abilities like becoming super strong or fast, it also can give them a new feature like a tail or more eyes. Physical can even give the user attributes of animals like climbing walls or changing color.

Finally, the outstanders, that's what a person without a typo, a useless typo, or a typo that doesn't fit into any above category, is called, there is said to be a person who can nullify any typo, another who can copy typos, and the most feared of them all, one who can outright take the typo of those he's killed and use any he's collected at any time. These "fearsome three" have never been proven to exist, but most believe they do.

There's also typo fusions, when two compatible people mate, the offspring may have both of their typos or a fusion of the two, for example, a fire typo and a physical typo (with a tail) mate, their child may have a flaming tail or have a tail and can shoot fire.

So far typos can not be replicated in-organically, they an only be produced by birth. And one last thing, if two typos are incompatible (which they usually are), the child will be born with a completely random typo.
