Turning his attention to Levi, Michael looked him up and down before he scoffed

The room fell into silence as the duo fell into a stare off , before Michael got bored and started playing with Mikasa's hair, causing Levi's expression to finally change as he gripped his blades tightly at Michael's disrespect

" is this how you negotiate for cooperation? " asked Erwin, growing tired of the silence, his expression not changing at all since they first met

" and does do we gain from this transaction, training was it? " asked Erwin after he glanced at Dot who nodded his head

" you and Pixis are Mortal Tier or Tier 0, most if not all of your military are Mortal Tier. The weakest of Titans are all Tier 2 existences, while the armored Titan is Tier 4, the Collosal Tier 5 ( vitality wise )" she explained before Carla continued

" pretty boy over there, because of his Ackerman blood is Tier 2, this is probably why he's ' humanity's strongest soldier ' " said Carla

A solemn look appeared on the duo's face, Dot didn't seem surprised as he had already heard it, he just never bothered to tell anyone because of how groundbreaking the information was,what he did talk about were the shifters

" the weakest person here is my son, he's Tier 1 but as he's a Titan shifter, he's Tier 4, Mikasa, Mieko and myself are also Tier 4, Michael in his human form is Tier 5 " explained Carla, if it was before she met Michael, she would have never given so much information but his words always repeat in her mind

" you said you can train all the recruits to be able to kill a Titan even without ODM Gear, does that mean you'll make them reach Tier 2 ? " asked Erwin with a thoughtful look, causing Michael to look at him as if he was an idiot
